Being critical of an actor's look is not at all uncalled for, because looks is one of the main reason they are famous for. Ofcourse too much hate can get to any person but being in public eye should make the actors develop thick skin. It makes them annoying if all they want is critical acclaim but whine every time they get criticized or bashed.
