Abhishek doesn't have any charges against Shagun but he is enquiring about her, putting a detective behind her and then calling her to the police station. Can a police inspector do this without permission ? Is it not harassing a person ?

Normally she shud be a 'prevented'
Means he have some doubts on her so he can enquires about her and she isnt allowed to go out of town untill he allow her
But here he hasnt filled such case, so for now its illegal

honestly, it is illegal, and Shagun cudve questioned him, has she been smart n in the right...however she is dumb, also she is doing something wrong, hence she won't question him so as to raise any more doubts on him...

but police can keep a watch on people if they have doubts bt a certain people...but Indian police is already hassled with lots of cases n i dont think they have the time n the inclination to look out for one person looking suspicious

no re police dont have time...ask me, my phone got stollen n i registered a complaint, and they told me that they already have a long list to track, from past 6-7 months...some of it is their fault too...but mostly crime rate have gone up...esp serious crime...so an ACP wud never have time to indulge in such cases, if the involved people arent related to him, and in this case Abhishek didnt know any of the Bhallas, so its weird he started pursuing this so much only on the basis of a doubt
