Maybe for the same reason they didn't when he tweeted asking people to get together and go and throw rocks at Anushka's house when India lost the CWC! Cz that would have held actually more weight than something like this even for a case in the courts!

Anyway, this was in end of 2013 as far as I remember. And by that time she was already with Virat. There were speculations on both at the same time after the KRK stunt. And now we know that the Virat thing was actually fact and not rumor.

No he didn't tweet it...he said it in his review of BV.. Why would anushka want to sue him and give him more undue attention and importance. She jus ignores him, like when he tweeted to ppl to throw rocks at her house after the WC, or when he calls her bad luck on a daily basis or now when he is saying other things about her. I really dont think she cares... if anyone chooses to believe a guy like KRK then good luck to them. He has nothing good to say about anyone, it's a pity that he isn't being stopped.

it's all sad that ppl know anushka has been in a relationship for last 2 years, but still have no respect for her personal life.

Anyway its not just Anu, all the self respecting celebrities don't go and fight with him (Example KJo on his tweets all the time! I would have snapped, but KJo totally ignores the nut job).. Anurag Kashyap was the only idiot who decided to wrestle with the pig in the mud this time..
