He woke up with a back pain..and this is because of his not so comfortable sleeping position. He slept on the chair yesterday night..in the hall. He looked around and saw his angel standing their with a cute teddy bear in her tiny tiny hands..his darling daughter aariya..she rubbed her eyes and looked at his father with tears in her eyes. As soon as arjun noticed her tears. He was on alert. He instantly went towards her and picked her up in his arms..he kissed her cheek and she encircled his neck with her tiny hands.
Arjun rubbed her back-what happened to my baby..why are u crying..
His fatherly tone made her sob-mumma don't love us dad..she came late and then at night when i tried to kiss her cheek she pushed me..see
She forwards her soft arm..there was small injury on her arm.
Arjun's anger raised. He kissed her injury and bandaged it..he helped her in taking bath and then made her ready for her play school.
Arjun made sandwich for his daughter and packed it in her lunch box. Aariya smiled and kissed his cheeks..
Aariya with pure innocence-jab mein badi ho jaaungi to mein aapke liye khana bnaya krungi...
Arjun pulled her in a hug-i love u beta..
Aariya hugged him more tightly-but i love u more..
Arjun picked her up and left to drop her to her play school..
Natasha wake up and came downstairs. She made lemonade for herself to get rid off her hangover. She sat on the sofa and looked around to get a glimpse of arjun and aariya..she then looked at the watch it was striking 8 am ofcourse her daughter will be in her play school. Yes..natasha is arjun's wife..or should i say so called wife..who doesn't love her husband..can't stand him for a minute and she don't even try to understand him. They got married around 4 years back. It was an arranged wedding and niether arjun nor natasha were in love with each other. After 3 months natasha got to knowabout her unwanted pregnancy. She wanted to have a child after 2-3 years so she decided to abort the baby but as soon as arjun got the news of her pregnancy. He didn't let her abort his baby..and after 9 months aariya was born. She is deeply loved by her father but always crave for a motherly love which she never got from natasha.
Natasha was in her own world so didn't noticed an extremely angry arjun standing there.
Arjun looked at his wife who was sitting on the sofa comfortably.
Arjun gritted his teeth-why did u pushed aariya..
Natasha opened her eyes and sighed-see arjun i m not in mood to talk about aariya.
With thus she get and to leave but arjun held her elbow and pulled her towards himself-tum mood mei hoti kab ho..and how can u be so careless..she is ur daughter natasha. She wants ur love and care. I know u don't love me and its fine with me but atleast u should love ur daughter. U know what she said..mumma dont love us..
Natasha looked at him with an uninterested look on her face-kuch galat nhi kaha usne..nhi krti mein tumse pyar aur naa hi aariya se..khush?? And arjun u remember naa i wanted an abortion but u said a clear no..and now u expect me to be a maid to ur daughter..i wont love her and she is getting ur love and i guess it must be enough for her..
He left her elbow-natasha she is only 3 years old..u know why i took this decision to admit her in kinder garden..the reason is u..i never want my daughter to see ur endless boyfriends. And hear some crap noises and get scared.
Natasha looked at him.with a shocked expression..
Arjun looked away-dont be so shocked..i knew u and ur boyfriends used to spend quality time after i leave for office and u even have shared bed with them..
Natasha snapped-its my life arjun and i never stopped u..u can also do these stuffs i wont mind..
Arjun-i m not like u natasha..i know now there is nothing in our relationship but still i wont do things u r doing behind my back..
Natasha left in anger..arjun stood there and decided to call his mom..he asked his mom to arrange a nanny for aariya. Kumud know the truth about his and natasha's relationship. She badly wants arjun to divorce her and move on in his life but arjun still thinks natasha will change for aariya..kumud said okay. And arjun was relieved. He got ready and was about to leave for his office suddenly doorbell rang and he opened the door. He saw a guy standing there and he know who he is. Natasha came and hugged him infront of arjun..it didn't hurt him what hurts is when his daughter asks who was that uncle and mumma and he were doing..they were scaring me..they left to do their usual thing in her room whereas arjun left for his office.
It was 1pm. Arjun went to pick his daughter up. When he reached on the gate he saw his daughter running in full speed and coming towards him with a happy smile on her face. Arjun instantly opened his arms and hugged his daughter.
Arjun smiled and kissed her cheek-may i know the reason of this pretty smile on ur face..
Aariya nodded her head-dad my summer vacations are on..now my school will reopen on 1st july..
Arjun's smile slipped but he faked a smile. As if understanding everything..
Aariya kissed his cheek-papa i will stay in my room..i wont ask anything about those uncles but what will i eat..mom doesn't cook anything for me and who will help me with my homework..
Arjun took her in the car and made her sit on the seat-beta i m arranging a nanny for u..she will help u with each and everything..
Aariya asked innocently-she wont push me right??
It pinched him to see her so vulnerable..he shook his head in no..
They reached home and thankfully natasha's boyfriend was not there. Arjun asked aariya to go in her room. She left and arjun looked at natasha who was getting ready to go out..
Arjun went towards her-natasha..i wont pay ur monthly bills..
Natasha-why arjun..dont tell me the reason is because i pushed ur darling daughter..
Arjun's hand turned into fist-if u want ur monthly bills to get paid..ur boyfriends and u will stay out from this house. U can go wherever u want but they wont come here..if u agree only then i will pay ur bills unless pay them by urself..
Natasha thought a bit and agreed..she left the house as soon as she left there was a knock on the door...
A girl was standing there..she was wearing a blue top and black jeans..minimal make up on her face and eyes filled with kajal..lips pinkish..he heard her magical voice..
Girl-umm..arjun sir kaha h?? Unko bula denge??
Arjun's chain of thoughts broke and he replied-i m arjun..u??
Girl smiled-ohh..sir i m arohi aluwahlia..kumud ma'am told me that i have to take care of a 3 years old girl..
Arjun nodded and asked her to sit.
They were discussing about aariya..and her salary. Arjun told her that she is suppose to stay here till 8 pm and after that she can leave. She have to prepare lunch and dinner. She will help aariya in her homework. Arohi nodded and asked to meet aariya but the little one came herself and sat on her papa's lap..she looked at arohi and then at arjun..
Arjun smiled-remember i told u that someone will help u in ur homework and will prepare lunch for u..so here u go she will do all the things for u.
Aariya jumped from his lap and went towards her-u wont push me right??
Arohi looked confused but soon her confusion got clear when aariya said-"like mumma.."
She felt a pang in her heart when she said so..arohi pulled her gently and held her hands.
Arohi looked at her and replied-no i wont push u like ur mumma..andi will be doing so many things for u right..then what will i get in return..
Aariya tip toed herself and kissed her check-is it enough??
Arohi smiled widely and nodded her head..
Arjun saw the bond aariya created with her but arjun was not sure that arohi is this much good..he thinks she must be pretending in front of him..he will check on her to see her true colours. His office lunch break was over so he went his office back. Aariya held arohi's hand and took her in her room..she was showing her soft toys..barbies to her. Arohi smiled and asked her to show the kitchen. So that she can cook for her..
They reached in the kitchen. Aariya told arohi where the ingredients were,pans,bowls,spoons everything. Aariya wanted to have pizza. So arohi quickly chopped the vegetables and prepares dough for it..aariya was looking so happy that it was making arohi to smile again and again..she can understand it that aariya is not getting motherly love from her mother but what she don't get is why..how can a mother be so cruel..pushing her own kid arohi felt disgusted. Pizza was ready and aariya licked her lips before attacking it..she loved it and it was evident from her eyes..arohi felt content..after making her eat she picked her up and asked her to sleep..but aariya used to sleep with arjun..she needs someone who can make her sleep..
Aariya held her hand and sat on her bed-i can't sleep alone..i..i
Arohi shushed her-its okay beta..i m here naa..okay we both will sleep..
Aariya left her bed and takes a story book out and looked at arohi with puppy face. Arohi smiled and made her sit on her lap..arohi started telling her snow white and seven dwarfs story..aariya was asking then..then..and after some time drifted off to sleep..arohi looked at her innocent face. She made her to sleep comfortably on the bed and pulled a blanket on her..she puts the story book aside and sleep with aariya on the same bed..arohi hugged her and aariya smiled in her sleep..
In the evening..
Arohi and aariya were up..they both did her homework and after that arohi left to prepare the dinner. She was done with her work thats when the doorbell rang..arohi opened the door to find a drunk woman standing there..she walked inside and aariya saw her mother. She saw a 100 rupees note that must have fallen from her purse. She picked that note and was about to give it but natasha saw her picking the note she went towards her and pulled her harshly towards herself..
Natasha held her ears tightly-to ab arjun ki laadli beti chori bhi krne lgi h..hunh..kya kr rhi thi tum..
All these things were enough to scare aariya..she started crying. Natasha with anger-"ro kr mt dikhao..paise kese churaye tumne.."
She was about to slap her but arohi held her hand and pulled aariya towards herself..aariya hugged arohi and sobbed..she looked down at aariya and then at natasha..
Arohi glared her-how could u do this to ur own kid..what kind of mother u r..
Natasha stumbled-shut up..she is my daughter and i can do whatever i want to do with her..u r no one to stop me..
Arohi rolled her eyes-yeah right..if u have been good to ur daughter..ur husband wouldn't have hired me to take care of her..
Natasha looked at her from top to bottom-yaar biwi to tumhe hona chahiye tha..u know bilkul arjun ki tarah baat krti ho..but maid ho naa wo hi rho..mere aur meri beti ke beech mei mt bolo..
Arohi smirked-atleast mein kuch to hu..tumhari khud ki kya pehchan h..naa to tum acchi maa ho aur naa hi biwi..kisi ek role ko to acche se nibha leti..and ek baat kaan khol kr sun lo agar tum aariya ke pass bhi dikhi naa mujhe to chodungi nhi mein tumhe..now get lost..
Natasha took her 100 rupees note and left from there..
Arohi kneels down in front of aariya who was sobbing badly..nose getting red..tears continuously flowing from her eyes..arohi pulled her in a hug..
Aariya cries even harder-she hates me..she hates me..m i a bad girl and i was not stealing her money i was about to give it back..
Arohi parted and wiped her tears-u r not bad at all..ur dad loves u so much right..and beta please whenever u see her around u just maintain a distance because i can't bear it when she hurts u..and u know what u r just the best..best daughter..good girl and good girls should not cry..
Aariya wipes her tears-i love u so much..i wish aap meri mumma hoti..
Arohi kissed her cheek-and i love u too..
Arjun saw each and everything..her replies..her saying i love u to his daughter. Now he know his daughter is in safe hands..he entered in the hall and aariya saw her dad..she quickly ran towards him and hugged him tightly..he picks her up..
Arjun smiled-yes..howz my princess..
Aariya smiled back-she is good but right now she is damn hungry..she said with a pout.
He kissed her cheek and left to change his clothes..arjun asked arohi to stay for the dinner and after that he will drop her. Arohi agreed..they had their dinner and after it arohi collected her things and was about to leave but aariya stopped her.
Aariya with a puppy face-kal jaldi aa jaana aur ye bhi to ghar h aap yaha bhi ruk skti ho..reh jaaya kro naa..please..
Arohi smiled-nhi merw ghar mei bhi mere papa mera wait krte h naa..to ruk nhi skti but i promise jaldi aa jaaungi okay..
Aariya agreed..
Arjun dropped her at her place..he said thanks to her for saying all those things to aariya to make her understand..to calm her down..arohi said welcome with a smile..arjun held his hand out and said-"friends??"
She takes his hand and said-why not..
After this arohi left and arjun went back to his home..
Next day arohi came earlier than usual and saw arjun and natasha fighting..she looked around but aariya was not there and she was hapoy that she is not..natasha picked her bag and was about to leave..
Natasha to arjun-i m going out for a month..and i dont care about ur daughter..she is ur daughter and if she is having fever u should take care of her..go arjun ur daughter needs u..
Arjun held her with her elbow-apni trip se aane ke baad divorce papers pe sign krne ko ready rhna..he left her with a jerk..
Natasha looked at him-cool..wese bhi mujhe tumse bhi zada rich ladka mil gya h..to mein koi problem create nhi krungi divorce dene mei..bye..
Arjun barked on her face-go to hell..
Natasha left from there leaving arohi to stare at arjun..she stepped forward and sat next to him..when he felt someone's presence he looked up and said in a broken voice-i failed as a husband..i failed
Arohi held his hand-no u didn't..its her who failed as a mother and as a wife..arjun..kabhi kabhi hum galat decision le lete h..kisi ko samjh nhi paate aur bss shaadi kr lete h..tum bhi usko nhi samjh paaye tab.
Arjun nodded-sahi keh rhi ho..nhi samjh paaya usko..starting ke 3 months bohot acche rhe..but then she got pregnant..she wanted to abort this baby but i didn't allowed her and after aariya's birth she started living in her own world..i still remember when i used to drop my one month old daughter in a day care. Tears flowed from his eyes..
Arohi wiped his tears-arjun..i dont know what to say but all i can promise is now ur daughter wont face any difficulty..i wont let her..arjun whatever is buried in ur heart just let it out..
Arjun looked at her with teary eyes-she have boyfriends..she had shared bed with them..i m fed up with this arohi..i want a peaceful life..for me for my daughter and now no one can stop me from divorcing this woman..
Arohi hugged him gently and rubbed his back-everything will be fine..and aariya is suffering from fever??
Arjun nodded and arohi quickly went in her room to check on her angel.
Arohi went in her room and saw a pale and week aariya lying on the bed..a wet cloth was placed on her forehead..she sat beside her and touched her forehead and then cheeks. Her temperature was high..aariya slowly opened her eyes and saw arohi..
Aariya said in a weak voice-meine bola tha naa mt jaao..ab dekho ye kya ho gya..
Arohi kissed her cheeks lightly-ab mein aa gyi hu naa tum thik ho jaaogi..
Arjun was looking at the duo..he wish he had met her 4 years back then things would have been different..he shook his head and sat beside his daughter.
Arjun patted her head-isne kuch nhi khaya h..kitni der se bol rha hu ki kha lo but sun nhi rhi h..
Arohi looked at him and then at aariya. She made her sit and then picked her up in her arms..arjun looked at her with confusion. She signalled him to be quiet. She made her sit on the kitchen counter and prepared breakfast for her..and after preparing it. She feeds her by her own hands and to arjun's surprise she ate without showing any tantrums..
Arohi helped aariya to take bath and after that arohi started acting..she touched her forehead and said-arre waahh aapka fever to bhaag gaya.
Arjun quickly touched her forehead..she was still having some temperature. Arjun was about to say it but she stopped him by holding his hand..
Aariya touched her own forehead-sach mei..
Arohi nodded her head and aariya jumped from the bed and said lets play hide and seek..with this she left the room..arjun was surprised.

Arohi smiled-jab baccho ko fever ho to unhe nhi btana chahiye bcoz unki psychology yhi ho jaati h ki wo beemar h aur agar thik bhi ho jaate h to bhi ese hi week week rhte h so humesha bolna chahiye ki thik ho kuch nhi hua h..ab dekho wo kitni khush h..
Arjun smiled-tum baccho ko bohot acche se sambhal leti ho..
They both got up and left the room to play hide and seek with aariya..they played and enjoyed..arjun too enjoyed a lot..he saw arohi twirling her daughter in her arms..tickling her..and she is laughing like never before..he too joined them. He and aariya tickled arohi until she could breath..they laid on the sofa..aariya sat on arjun's chest..
Aariya cupped her own cheeks-papa mujhe picnic jaana h kl aapke and arohi mumma ke sath..
Arjun and arohi looked at with shock-mumma???
Aariya said innocently-meine dekha h..mumma esi hi care krti h..ese hi apne baccho ke sath khelti h and pyar bhi krti h to hui naa arohi meri mumma..aap meri mumma bnogi naa..
Now its awkward for arohi to answer this question. She avoided the question and asked where she wants to go..aariya started with her endless list..arjun looked at arohi who is perfect in every sense..she understands him better..she can calm him.down..she can make aariya smile..he felt an unknown feeling in his heart.
Arohi turned towards arjun-arjun we want to go for a picnic and u r also coming no excuses..
Arjun surrendered his hands up in the air-as u say ma'am..but after one week..

After one week
They were in a park..the weather was pleasant. Arohi came earlier and packed snacks in a basket. She was wearing a white colour top and blue long skirt. Her hairs were open. She was looking simple yet beautiful. Arjun was wearing black shirt and blue denim. He was looking hot with his two buttons open giving her view of his chest..she couldn't help but drool over him shamelessly. Arjun caught her ogling at him..he raised his eyebrows and she got embarrassed. They were playing aariya's favourite game totta ud..chidiya ud..arohi and arjun always let aariya to win the game. They all had sandwiches and left to see the lake as aariya wanted to see it today itself.
They reached near the lake and aariya pulled arohi down and said something in her ear. Arohi agreed and as per as the plan. Aariya was sitting near the lake and arjun was standing away from them..arohi winked her and she screamed they threw a heavy stone in the water..arjun ran in the direction of voice and he didn't found aariya there. He quickly jumped into the water. He was finding her here and there but stopped when he heard the sound of their laugh..he turned towards them and aariya confessed between her laugh that it was her plan..she took the swimming tube and wear it around herself after that she jumped in the water..arjun saw arohi who was looking at them lovingly..he signalled her to join them but she denied and this time arjun said something in her ears..to which she giggled and agreed..arohi sensed it they are upto something..arjun came out of the lake and arohi stepped back and started running but arjun was faster than her..he caught her by her waist and was twirling her..she was laughing and then they were facing each other..their laughter died and they looked into each others eyes..he felt something strong in her presence..her presence makes him to forget his miseries..his view was getting disturb because of her hair strand. He removed her hair strand with his finger and she shivered as his finger made the contact with her skin..he bent down and kissed her cheek but they heard a sweet yeah with a clap which broke their moment..they looked there to find aariya clapping her tiny hands..
Aariya-papa ne mumma ko kiss kia..
Arohi blushed and looked away whereas arjun smiled and bent on his knees-but mumma ne papa ko kiss nhi kia..he faked a sad face. Arohi looked at him with shocked face..
Arohi-arjun..aap bhi mumma??
Arjun freed aariya and came back to her-i know its too early for me to say this but i think i like u..i dont know why arohi but ur presence gives me relief..my home feels like home now..u r changing my life for good and my daughter gets the love she had deprived for..i want u to think about it and even if its a no i have no problem..
Arohi nodded..
It was time for them to go back..they reached home aariya was already asleep. Arohi placed aariya on the bed. Arohi was thinking about what arjun said to her..she is confused..she dont know what to say and what to not. She know arjun is a nice man but she is confused whether to give it a chance or not. She know very well that if their feeling will reach somewhere she will get a man who is not less than a gem. She brushed these thoughts away. She was collecting her things to leave but she looked out of the window..the weather was getting bad..she turned around to see arjun..he came forward and said its better not to leave right now..the weather is not good..u can stay here..
After lots of pros and cons arohi agreed..they were sitting in the hall and it was raining heavily..arjun looked at arohi-arohi tell me something about u and ur family..
Arohi looked at him and started-i m from a middle class family arjun..one small.and happy family. My father,mother me and my brother. I have completed my MBA from hyderabad.
Arjun got surprised-arohi..u r MBA and still working as a nanny..may i know the reason..
Arohi smiled-kumud aunty asked me to take care of aariya that's why i m here..u tell me about urself..
Arjun got confused-u know mom??? How???
Arohi-i met her in a wedding when she came hyderabad since then we know each other..
Arjun nodded-arohi..i guess u know almost everything about me. I also belongs to a middle class family but my hardwork made me rich. There are 4 members in my family..my dad,my mom,sister and me. I got married 4 tears back. But it failed within a year and my daughter and me suffered because of natasha.she was behind my money and i thought she loved me..
Arohi looked at him and held his hand-now no more sufferings arjun..

She blushed and looked ahead-i love rains..and after that i love the smell of mud..
Arjun looked at her-even i love rains..
Arohi and he talked about their life and their childhood memories..when arohi told him about a guy who was mad for her..he felt jealous..so in order to make her jealous he also said that he was very popular in college girls were mad for him and
Before he could say anything arohi burst into laughter..arjun looked at her with confused face..
