Hi its an interesting discussion .. so thought of pouring my thought on justifying the decision..

What if the lady who is vulnerable and so inconsistent in decision making with her husband or true love beside like at home riding a car etc is the strongest one with the same decision making skill with outside world in a setting where the better half influence is absent which is usually the case for career woman... how many ladies agree that they have a hard time driving a car with the husband sitting next than when they usually drive on their own? :) Just a thought ...

ditto - this is the exact reason why Raji is not suitable for this post. Sorry but a person's success is not counted from out but inside as well. If you had fail your own personal life, how can you succeed with a huge company is my doubt 🤔

If Raji had been strong - after her decision to marry Kamal she would not have gone for the Banglore trip. Trust me - there are others who can attend. There is no logic saying Raji is dedicated staff that is why she postpone her marriage and went to Banglore. The truth is she was not ready for the marriage and decided to take few days gap, Or lets say she is dedicated staff and job was important, then as Meesai said, she should have taken the flight not the ride with Karthik, Not getting jealous seeing Madhavi with Karthik. Most importantly would have stand firm and told Karthik off nicely when he ask for few days to be together forgetting everything as friends. 😳
