I think student will choose sid & sayali as their head girl & boy. If sid for headboy then definitely siyali will be selected for head girl. That is why parth and niti not selected for head girl & boy because unke pair head boy or head girl nahi select hue. But I don't understand that why they select utkarsh for head boy. Urmila select krissane because she dislike siyali.
