Pakistani-TV actress Mawra is all set to make her Bolly debut

Pakistani VJ-turned-TV actress Mawra Hocane is all set to make her Bollywood debut, details of which are still hush-hush.

When contacted, Mawra confirmed the news but refused to divulge details regarding the cast and crew of the film. She did however reveal that the poster of the film will be released next week, which is when all the details would be made public.

The actress' publicist Umair Qazi confirmed that the 22-year-old will soon be leaving for Mumbai, from where she will proceed to Cape Town for the shoot. Umair also added that the title of the film and the name of the director have not been made official, nor has the name of the male hero. The film will be shot in Mumbai and Cape Town.

Arjit Singh will reportedly be singing all the songs in this film, while Himesh Reshammiya is producing the music. The film is expected to release in September this year.

Umair explained that the director was very keen to cast Mawra in the film. "She has said no to bold scenes, completely. She believes her Pakistani audience will not accept this. The director wants her on-board, hence he is meeting all her demands as he really wants to cast her."

On a well-publicized morning show Mawra exclaimed ecstatically that she was in love with Bollywood heart-throb Ranbir Kapoor. Mawra also shared a video of Ranbir's special message to her, in which he praised her beauty and talent adding that he was looking forward to meeting her.

The pretty actress has been posting photos on her Instagram account during her stay in India, keeping her fans updated not just about her whereabouts but also dropping hints about the purpose of her visit.

With such a down-to-earth attitude it's little wonder that at such a young and tender age Mawra has amassed such a huge fan base.

With her ongoing luck and love of her fans, could it be that Mawra's debut Bollywood film will co-star her heart-throb? Only time will tell... and maybe her Instagram.
