Kolkattan prefer Aneek. He is more versatile than Emon.
Also Aneek is SRGMP bangla champion so have more fans. Also Emon does not have an USP as Aneek has.
Also Emon is NOT as good as Aneek. So, Aneek gets all the votes I think. Even my friends/family are all awed by Aneek's superlative performances.

And Prashant has great support in the hills.

other than the bolded part i'm agreeing with you

aneek is most versatile, he has sung only sonu's song and that also which has sung by vinit in last season.

emon is versatile

but any day i pick aneek over emon.

and Amit fans are all over firstly because he fumbled in the wild card entry (because he cared more for his friend )...and secondly for his nasha yeh pyaar ka nasha hai.

People from Nepal can not vote. If they can then Prashant will be Indian idol for sure.

hey ria, who told u dat kolkata is not voting 4 emon? and perhaps u don't knw dat most of d kolkatans who watch T.V, watch each epi of indian idol without fail. and emon is not a new name here. he has sung in many bengali music competitions here. me myself was surprised whn i saw him in d audition bcoz he was a well-known face and i liked his singing in a singing competition. kolkata votes 4 emon with as much pleasure as d other regions of india do. and u must have watched d sight of d crowd around emon whn he reached kolkata yesterday. he was just mobbed. anyways, u knw he went 2 his school 2 fill-up his form 4 his board exams of 12th. he was looking really cute in d school uniform😳. he studies in kendriya vidyalaya.

I live in Canada, so do not know about the response he got. But I have read so many articles stating how people from Prashant's hometown and now even Amit's are campaigning to vote for him. I never read any article which states that Emon is receiving a lot of support from the Bengal government or his community. Maybe they send one or two votes. Or maybe like someone else said, they send votes mostly to the Saregama contestant Aneek. At this stage, I think he seems to be the only one with no real hometown support.

just chill ria. u can't imagine wht kind of a response he has got whn he came back 2 kolkata yesterday. just now i saw in d news dat emon has just now boarded d flight back 2 mumbai. dere were millions of people wishing him luck and cheering 4 him. and d bengali news channels r always keeping eyes on him.

But how come it doesn't translate into votes. He is always in the bottom 3 inspite of all the people wishing him luck. They should vote more instead of just wishing him luck and praying for him.

bengalis r voting dear. but deir votes r divided among emon, amit and aneek of sa re ga ma pa. dat's why d votes r not getting concentrated on any single performer😭. and here prashant is getting d edge😭.

Its not fair with a talented singer like Emon that whole India does not vote for him. First of all, judges should not throw any harsh and rude comments on any of the finalists. If he is in top 3, it proves that he is really a good singer.

I was really shocked to see Javed Akhtar changes his tone all of a sudden. He always liked Emon and this week😕 he picked on him so badly that it showed me the black side of Javedji. I was always under the impression that he is the best judge out of all judges so far on any realty shows. But Satturday, he crossed all his limits of being a good judges. I respect him for his wish for Girl Winner this time but he cannot make his wish come true by DEMORALISING other talented singer because he is a boy. I was happy when Ankita was out becuase it made Javedji quiet ,otherwise he did not leave any stone unturned to demoralising Emon. He is not GOD that he is writing EMON's destiny that He can never be a playback singer. Let the time come, Javedji, you will see EMON's Playback singing every where and then it will be too late for you to ask for forgiveness.

I am very happy for Emon that his home town is taking good care of him. I hope people from North East also vote for him.
