Baijaro Mastani has a 100+ crore budget, the next disaster after BV?

Sanjay Bhansali is also making the same mistake as Anurag. A big budget movie that could be another disaster for 2015. 😉 Period movies are not working. Will anyone want to watch a 3 plus hour historical? 🥱 Ranveer can't carry a 100+ crore film. Hate to say it. It could make 5 crore on Day 1. Please share your thoughts. 😲

I slb has experience in making high budget films

Even though the budget is big, I think the film itself will justify the budget. SLB is good at handling such drama films .. BM still has a chance whereas BV never actually had one.

The music in SLB's movies are usually chartbusters so he'll earn most of the money there 😆

The other thing he does well is 'extracts' chemistry of actors really amazingly 😆 > the chemistry between the trio is a thing most ppl would be curious for IMO. & the look of the movie is obv going to be amazing - SLB excels in that.

The main thing though is that it has three big actors - all of them are amazing performers and have huge fan bases- so even though it may not be a hit I think it may break even 😆

On topic: Looks really bad atm. 140cr would be spent on it including promotions. It has to make atleast 200cr from India itself to recover. But even 100cr is tough.

baijaro mastanai will work, not cos of some chemistry between pc and dips or ranveer or dips, but cos of bhansali name itself. bhanasali movies generally attract lots for women...with all those costumes, naach gaana, grandeur, the music of his movies become very popular..must say.

At worst it'll flop badly but it won't be a disaster at the level of BV.
