Me too confused & I have 3 visions regarding this...
1) parth can save uttu coz we haven't seen parth done nythng for his frnz...moreovr he evrytym says he is uttu's big bro...so I would luv to see parth saving uttu & proving his true frndship with being a big b & vibha to take stand for them or be on their side...which to bring vibharth know eachothr abit moreš³
2)if sid saves uttu then he will be in his mom's good impression...saving his lost bro & will eventually bring more arguments btwn krisaane & sid...more close to sidyali...bt I guess since sid hav developed insecurities of his mom being more affection towards uttu...so he to save ayaz from being expel or hard punishment coz ayaz is his besti
3) uttu himself
