Where is Everyone? Why are we not having our Newsletter after the first?

Anyway,
let us start posting our respective sections for the 3rd Newsletter and as the member of this Newsletter Team, I would like to invite all of your views on the condition of our Newsletter, and we shall discuss what to do about the 3rd edition of NL especially when the 2nd edition is still not out in the forum.
Hema, as the head of this NL, can you please kindly tell us, The team mates, the reason of not going ahead with 2nd edition of Newsletter? Most of us posted our sections here and were waiting for the 2nd edition to be posted.
Also, all of us were not active after that and haven't posted our sections here, so it is also not expected by all of us. I'm disappointed by myself. I know we all get busy and even I forgot to post my section, but guys if we are making a NL then don't you think we should also be responsible enough for this?
We should not be waiting for the PM from Hema for posting our sections according to me. There is need of backup captain who can take ahead the NL if the head is not available due to any reason.
If not captain, then the team mates should discuss and post the NL on behalf of their team and head, so that the work of NL gets continued w/o any problem. These are my suggestions. :)
I would like to read your suggestions as well on this. :)
RATING FOR PREVIOUS WEEK for 3rd NL:
The previous week was dedicated to Ragini-Suhani Relationship on how Suhani with Aagham makes a plan to go inside Ragini's house by becoming Kareena and introducing herself as the girl whom Ragini saved and how she needs her help for staying there. Suhani came close to Ragini by her innocence and became like her own child whom Ragini can share her feelings and pain. Suhani understood that there is some misunderstanding between her mother Rupali, and her truth, Ragini maa and Nachiket dad. She told about this to Aagham who after that decides to clear this fiasco. In the meanwhile, Nivedita comes to know about Suhani being in Ragini's home instead of kareena's home. Here Nachiket gets furious and tells Pam that he is not getting engaged to Nivedita and how can they expect when they did not even told him about his own engagement cards. Suhani comes to know that Ragini still LOVES Nachiket a lot. We get so many scenes of laughter in between by Badi Naani , Dr.Aman, Pam, RK and Dr.Devika. So the Rating for that week would be 5 Star our of 5. It was totally entertaining week, if we look at it. So gys, meet all of you at next NL Edition.
