no, being gay is not a crime..
its ones own choice and cant be forced upon...homo sexuality/ sexual orientation can not be forced on anyone and one cant say that one has to love/get attracted to only a person of the opposite gender.it is not their fault , its just it and what can one do about it..and i guess too much hype is created about people being gays or lesbians...and saying its a crime isnt gonna work..minds should open up...world is changing fast ... minds , perceptions and thinking regarding this issue should also change..
