He was still fearing to touch her.. It was already twenty four hours and he hadn't left her side.. The nurse came and asked him to help her, maan was in a trance didn't said anything and went towards geet.. The nurse asked maan to hold her so that she could examine her, he came and held her close like he will lose her..Already he was in a state of mind that he was losing her coz of him and when the nurse indicated that she will call the doctor something was wrong, she was not responding maan immediately stepped aside not coming too close to her...

Maan: it is all because of me.. it is all .. You are paying for my sins geet and for how long you will pay geet , for how long.. My presence will take you away from me.. But I can't lose you..Please come back...Please come back...he cried bitterly falling on his knees pleasing to her.. His tears were the mirror of his shattered heart.. I won't be able to take it geet.. I am sorry..i am sorry.. His words were too slow and almost a mumble that none can hear, the doctors attended his wife and it was difficult for them to keep maan away but yash was there he can't leave maan alone..He knows him and certainly leaving maan here alone will be dangerous when the rivals were still aiming to hurt him..

She doesn't want any kind of hope but live their relation without any condition, no expectation from him..For a second she closed her eyes and opened again..Wanting to end the illusion of seeing him with her..and the next moment she opened she saw the doctors with HIM..

maan called the doctor... He was quiet just like the silence before the storm... His eyes were concealing his feelings she was still not able to see the change.. Though he was still having a conflicting mind still his eyes were truly depicting that he was changed even if it was small realization but still this was enough for them...

maan with some eager expressions his dark and secluded eyes were showing the deep emotion of his eyes...

maan: doctor is she fine... The doctor checked his wife.. Her pulse and the rate of heart beat were fine... But still he was looking at her.. The doctor asked her some questions...

doctor: how are you mrs geet.. Is there any pain...

geet in a feeble voice...

geet : i am fine doctor just there is pain in here.. She tried to touch the portion of her heart but it hurt...
geet : aahh...

maan immediately rushed to her she was wincing in pain...

maan : geet samhal ke... Her eyes darted towards his face worry inched in each of his face corners... Eyes which were hiding his emotions were now reflecting his pain... Yes he was hurt he was in a grave pain... The hurt the wound that should be his she had taken it on her for him... And why did he deserve her.. Did him... His soul was questioning him and he was only having the guilt that was even something he couldn't reciprocate to her... To her love...


doctor looked at him.. He was so concerned the ruthless MAAN SINGH KHURANA could be so caring was a surprise to all...
doctor: Mr. khurana she is fine.. Just need the care... And rest for minimum a month... Her wounds need to be healed...

maan : anything else doctor... When will she be discharged...

doctor: after a week after her complete observation she will be discharged... Take care Mrs. khurana... Saying so the doctor went...

maan made her lie comfortably she was looking at him when his guilt ridden self suddenly got pricked with her concern...

geet : are you alright... Did you get hurt... Wo aapko kyun maarna chahte the...

maan : geet tumhe woh nahi karna chahiye tha.. They were my enemies.. Those bullets were for me... Why have you hurt yourself... Didnt you think about anyone...

geet was hurt...

geet : aab aapke gamo me bhi mera koi haq nahi hai... Socha tha ... Kisi ke baare me bahut socha tha isliye use kuch nahi hone diya...
