Not able to log in and surfing

I have a problem since Tuesday not able to log in because of so many advertising. After sometime when finally I'm log in I can't surf because another site opens and so many advertising. I'm surfing with my phone with safari. I'm cleaning the browsing history and cache. But still the same problem. Please someone help.
