I dont care about ekta really, have watched her shows only for my fav actor's sake. If Rajeev and pulkit had left her shows, its ood because whats the use of doing the characters without any certainty.

Rajeev's left right left is a cult show, and the show has many fans, and the show gave some very good actors to TV .

Except for Time bomb,Rajeev won awards for every other show he did,and he truly deserved to win those awards

But Ekta still has grudges against him which is very well known. Even with Smriti Irani she had issues, apparently ekta has ego issues.

She once said that she doesn't care about the story, its only trp that matters and that she is not in the industry to work as per the whims and fancies of her actors.

I am a hardcore Arjun-Purvi fan and so I know that the actors were not happy with the script yet they had to continue with it coz of their contracts.

But if Ekta adores you, fir toh she will make sure to help in any way. Ronit, Karan Patel, Ram Kapoor, Sakshi, Anita etc are the few people she listens to.

I think she had problem with Imran Khan too during OUATIM dubara or vice versa

No Rajeev did not leave KTH for films.
He left because he was not happy with his role.

And it's not that he didn't get TV projects because Ekta held grudges against him,
Rajeev is choosy about the roles he does. 😛
