She was the district collector.

2)In the surya serial. Ravi was mad at Surya for what reason and why?

I did not watch this but read some updates, did not follow this fully - but he got annoyed because Surya deserted his mother who was in the hospital and thats how some one killed his mother.

3)What is real name of the character Agalya?

Manjari.
