August 1947, Lahore during partition

There was a total chaos everywhere people were trying escaping death and reach out to save places with their loved ones all of them had the same agenda that was to survive the partition

A girl wearing a bhurkha was standing near a very isolated area anxiously waiting for her man to show up. She was very fidgety as if expecting someone to show up and end up killing her she was scared for her life and her loves's life.

"Rukshar" a tall lean guy In a blue Kurta pajamas called out. "Shan" rukshar let out a sigh hugged him tightly to which shan reciprocated in the same way "I was so scared shan I thought they killed you" rukshar sobbed into his chest. Shan gently pulled apart and cupped her face in his hand " nothing will happen to us while we are together we will be together forever till eternity" shan assured her "now do you have all the stuff that you require? " he asked softly rukshar nodded in a yes "shan if my abbu and your pitaji comes to know we are going to elope they will kill us " rukshar stated her fear " even if they kill us we will die together isn't that what we wanted to live and die together? " shan questioned her in a gentle tone " I am not gonna live alone without you shan if anything happens to you I will follow you " rukshar replied and hugged him tightly

"Come lets go" they made their way to the outskirts of lahore to escape to a way city to live in where they met their family members pointing their guns at them. both of them tightly gripped their hands and ran away from there trying to escape them where They reached a dead end, they knew there was no running away they have to face their death now. they hugged and kissed each other one last time before professing I love you to each other and accepting their fate happy that they lived together and died together thus proving their love was truly strong.

August 1990 , Mumbai

It was raining cats and dogs outside but no one at city hospital paid heed to it as they were occupied with saving people lives and delivering innocent lives to life

A mid-20s man was pacing around the corridor waiting for the doctor to come and give him the good news. the man was nervous as his first child was supposed to be born anytime now

"Mr.shekhawat? " the doctor called out his name. The man stopped pacing and looked at her expectedly "congratulations Mr.shekhawat it's a healthy boy you can meet your wife and son now" the doctor congratulated him and took her leave

"Karan" he heard as soon as he entered the ward "come meet your son he looks exactly like you " nandini, his wife exclaimed. Karan reach out and sat beside nandini, who forwarded the Child for him to hold.

karan kept admiring his son when nandini asked him "have you thought a name?" Karan smiled and replied while kissing his son forehead "My son is going to follow his own path to make his own destiny. We are gonna called him swayam, swayam shekhawat"

November 1990, pondicherry

"Sister hurry up the patient has lost a lot of blood we need to operate now" the doctor ordered her team of nurses to hurry up

After some hours a man gained consciousness and asked for his wife " sister where is my wife veronica ? Is she and the baby fine?" . The nurse informed him "sir we tried tour best to save both the mother and the child but due to internal bleeding there were so many complications during the operation we couldn't save your wife but we were able to save your daughter,we are sorry for your loss and congratulations for the baby"

Mr. Sam Johnson was waiting for his daughter to be brought to him as she was under observation. the nurse brought the girl can gently kept her in Sam's willing arms. He kept adoring the features of his angel who reminded him of his dead wife and cooed her gently.

"Your mother wanted to name you Sharon and I am going to honor her last wish, Sharon johnson welcome to the family, my child" Sam whispered to his baby girl
