Tuesday's Update (Episode 61)

SCENE 1
Starts with the scene M is mixing coffee for K. She brings the coffee for K who refuses to drink but forced by Attai. Attai to make to the situation worse contributes some dialogues here, " Everything is your 'Thalai Elethu' pa... You are so respected previously, but now everything has turned upside down...This is the first marriage in this house which should be done 'jham jham'... But see this house now, unlike a marriage had taken place, but more like a funeral had happened... Everything should be blamed on that 'poode cherikki'. I feel so bad about this (I feel this serial is using to much of inappropriate words to describe females , even in Mettioli the same thing happened...Cant they show some respects to women when most of the people who are watching are females😡😡) . Replying to Attai, K says,"What to do akka? I tied thali to 'Sanniyan' and gave birth to Satan. How can I be peace having all these?" (Yeah right, dont you realize that you and your akka are Satan and Sanniyan?😡😡)
Thilaga and the gang arrive there. Upon T entering the house, Attai starts it, "Your 'arumai' wife is coming. Nalla kelzhu". K walks angrily towards the door, "Wait di...How well you have brought up the child? (I thought bringing up child is the joint-responsibility of FATHER and MOTHER, y cant he realize that?) T, "What you are talking about?". K replies, "You already know about S's behavior right? Why you didnt tell me earlier?"... Great dialogs for T for the first in this serial, "Even if I am telling you, what would you do? Remember that once I had told your about Sakthi's behavior? But you told me that your daughter is 'tanggam' like you and I am the one 'aasigam' right?"... K feeling shocked but maintaining his reputation replies, "So even until the things got worst you didnt tell me is it? You wanted her to elope right? You wanted me to be humiliated right?" (K I am asking you, is your brain is at your knee?). Attai adding, "That's right...Maybe my brother had told something some time ago, so can you hid this matter? What kind of woman is you?".. T defending herself, "Dont blame me for evrything". K,"Yes di...You are the one need to be blamed. You cant even bring up one 'poode kaluthai' in a right way, and now you are answering back all my questions. What to say about you right now, even from the beginning you had gave birth to 'aasigam right'? That brings shock in everyone there includes M. T replies, "Yes...Because of you talking so another daughter is affected now"... K, "Yennadi sonne?".. He starts to beat T. T's dad being angry on him says, "Even after so many years of marriage your are still torturing her. Now even you are a FIL and your children are grown up...So stop beating her any more". Attai replies, "What you are talking about?"...Tata shouts back, "You keep quiet ma..I cant stand it anymore if even after so many years she still have to go through the torture". Attai, "What you are talking about? Your daughter is the one who had hid everything , like breaching the trust. Knowing this my brother has to keep quiet is it". Tata not being able to conntrol his emotions says, "Enough ma..enough..Even now we are really feeling hurt and dont make it worse". Argument breaks in between Attai and Tata, where T stops her dad from arguing further. Attai and K leave the place where K says, "Wait and see la what I am going to do seeing on you for humiliating this family". The whole gang is really hurt and leaves the place. M cries out loud at the outside of the house thinking of what her dad has said and Patti tries to console her. M says, "For whatever blame appa is putting on amma, he is going to beg at her feet asking sorry". Patti says that M is the one going to make it happen (So now we know ready the ending of the serial).

SCENE 2
Kanmani is sitting sitting in a corner crying alone which is seen by B's brother. He calls his amma and says, "Amma...Everyone is so busy doing their own work...Pity that girl crying alone. Its getting late night now, you dont arrange for the sambrathaiyam?" Amma replies, "What sambrathaiyam you are talking about? 'So important'! In the card another's girl name is printed and he is married to another girl. What should we do?" and she walks away. He and his wife discusses about the matter where he asked whether she had talked to K. She replies, "She is such a brave, matured and patient girl. She had sent her family back home saying her can manage it. She is unlike S, but very nice girl who really suits B". They go and talk to K (I feel he is the only human kind in that house, since others are so busy doing their own work not realizing K is there)
B's brother: Where is B ma?
K: Dunno, mama
B's brother (shouting near the room room): He is an idiot guy, had left you alone. You are newly married and new in this house how can he leave you alone?
K: Pity mama him. He must have had alot of imagination about his marriage but everything turned out in a bad way. So he must be really upset in this situation. He needs some time to change, so I will wait until he is changed.
B's brother is amazed with her maturity. He says that he now has confidence on her that she will change B to be a good person and he adds that marriage is only once in the life so everything should be done accordingly. So he asks his wife to prepare K. Kanmani gets ready for her wedding night.

SCENE 3
D and his family reaches his house where they dont have lights due to power shortage. D's mom starts saying, "Even the lights know about it. If everything had happened in the right way, the light would be in". D's dad begs her to be quiet and adds it would have been better if they had reached before got dark. D's mom replies, "Why it is not enough to have people laughed at us in the morning is it?"
D's dad replies hearing this: Only four of us would be in this house after this, so lets we forget everything and be a happy family
D's mom: How that is possible?
D's dad: Why not? Its all about your manese. You can do it if you want to.
D's mom: Yea right. You are used to teach other people thats why now you're son had taught you a lesson. Tell me the truth whether you are hurt or not because of this?
D's dad: I was hurt. I cant keep thinking of it. We have to be practical right. Listen to me Durga.
D's mom: Stop it sami...Only by talking out I could feel better. Even since the day he was born I had lots of dream about him. But now I dont even have the chance to see him getting married, further we got 'aadi' as the dowry.
D: Ma...Please ma...
Durga walks directly to D and S and asks D not to call her amma. She is worried of how she is going to answer people who question about that. D's dad tries to console her saying not to make this situation worse. She replies, "I am not the one creating problems, showing S she says, "Itha magaraasi vaanthe neeram... The electrical power shortage ended and the room is bright again. She starts 'poolamberan' about S but when D's dad tells her that D is also need to blamed. S starts again her 'torture' dialogs which I dont really listen and she leaves that palce. D's dad advises both D and S asking them to be patient and understanding. S looks worried seeing at the situation where D says, "Sakthi..Dont worry everything would be fine.." S, "Will be fine right?" D replies, "If we wants it..." S starts to think of what he says...

Kanmani is hesitantly going up to B's room with milk followed by her SIL. Kanmani goes into the room where she sees B with sad+angry face. She thinks back about coming to that room with saravanan. She gives the milk pot to B where he turns his face away...FREEZE

Wednesday's Episode

SCENE 1
Starts with the scene K brings milk for B. Since he is not responding, she just put the milk on the table beside and starts her long dialogs (mixture of educated Vaathu and Mettioli Leela), "I know you were really in love with Sakthi. But she has not only cheated you, but also cheated and humiliated my family. I know it is unforgivable to cheat on you. I know you must been very hurt because of this, and further asking to live with unexpected person is worse than that. I know it is hard to accept it and I am in your situation too. We accepted the marriage just because of our family, but if we are keep thinking of what Sakthi did nothing would happen. And at the same time, to suddenly change the heart and live as husband and wife is impossible. We take our time to change. I will be the good wife for you and we live happily. I trust in you. But I want to request you something. We had agreed to marry just because of our family, so lets we pretend as though we are happy in front of them and keep our problems within this wall." Hearing this (he is drunk) B moves to the side of bed and takes out a liquor bottle. After finishing it, he lies down to sleep leaving Kanmani in surprise.


SCENE 2
Kalai is sitting the room recalling what had happened before the marriage. M and Attai arrive in the room. Attai asks him not to think about what had happened. He complaints to his akka saying why Sakthi had done so, when he had agreed for everything she wanted. He adds saying he arranged the marriage with her consent but why she didnt tell him about the matter. Attai replies, what you want her to tell, kathal kandravi is it? He replies if she had told me I may or may not agree for it but surely I would not have arranged the wedding and been humiliated in front of everyone. He asks back M, why she was not there at that time, if she was there nothing would happen right? M is surprised . Attai and M console him and leave the room. M goes to kitchen where Patti and Thilaga are waiting for her. T asks what her father told and how is he now. M replies that he is very sad and straining himself. Patti asks her not to let out the secret that she is M for time being.


SCENE 3
Sakthi is thinking of what her father had said to her before the marriage, then she remembers what her mother said, "If you are going to do something bad and humiliate your father, he would commit suicide". She starts crying. Seeing Sakthi is up, D asks her to sleep. When he notice S's eyes red he asks her to share whatever she feels so that she would be better. S says she cant be normal as she feels something very bad would happen. D says nothing would happen. S says she really wants to see K and wants him to bring there. D consoles her saying wait for some time since he is really angry about this marriage so something worse would happen. S says the worst thing his dad could do is to scold, humiliate or beat him, and asks him to take it for the sake of her. Hearing this D starts to laugh. S asks why. D tells her that in the past when his mother scolded her she said, "your are her son so she has any rights on you, but she has to respect me". Hearing this S says "Dont kuthi kadderan me". D smiles and promises her to bring there the next morning.

Kalaiarasan is sweating heavily. He wakes up to go washroom where he gets the attack and falls down on the floor. Attai seeing him, shouts Kalaiarasu...
FREEZE

Thursday's Episode

SCENE 1
Starts with the scene Kalai falls down. Hearing the voice of Attai all the family members gather around him. Selian and M call for the ambulance. Kalaiarasu is being saved by the doctors in the hospital


SCENE 2
Sakthi and Diwakar goes to her house where the house is locked. S gets worried seeing the locked house. She sees an elderly couple walking down the street where she approaches them. When she inquires about her family, the lady starts to scold her. When S insists further, she informs that her father got heart attack and admitted in a hospital. Sakthi is very shocked hearing this. Diwakar asks which hospital he is admitted and they leave to the hospital

Dhandapani sees K in the morning and asks her whether she is happy or not. She says she is happy and gets blessing from him. Then her MIL comes there where D requests about B's reaction towards K. MIL says everything should be okay. But he says that it could not be guessed, so everything should be done in the right way so in future it will not be a problem. MIL says K behaves in normal manner like other girls so everything should happened in the right way last night. K brings ginger tea (knowing B only drinks ginger tea) for B, which is praised by her FIL. Tamarai gets jealous seeing that situation. D advises her on her behavior. K gives the coffee to B, where he asks to leave it on the table and go out. When she requests about hot-water for his bath, he shouts back at her to leave that place.

SCENE 3
D gets a call from Selia informing about K's situation. D informs that situation to Kanmani and asks her to bring B to hospital. K crying, runs to B and tells him the matter. He says, heart attack is normal for her father in that age, and people should die at the right age...Then he moves out asking her to go alone. D sees B walking out and asks K whether she had told him or not. When she is about to open mouth, B stares at her. Seeing this, D advises B to go with her and B listens to him. Tamarai being herself tells that "you were just now too proud of your DIL, see, the time she arrived something bad has happened. D scolds T back.

K's family is nervously waiting outside of the room. Attai starts to 'poolambran' saying her brother has never got fever before but now having an heart attack. She accuses saying everything is happening because he has got bad wife and 'oodu kaali' daughters. She further explains to M about the first daughter had ran away from the house and S is following exactly like her elder sister. She further blames T to give birth to such children. M tries to console Attai, where Attai says she cant accept it. Attai says, "If I see again Sakthi in front of my eyes, I would kill her" and she hears S's voice requesting about K at information counter. Everyone turns to look at her (everyone looks so angry except M looking worried) and Sakthi looks at them... FREEZE

Friday's episode

SCENE 1- Continuing from the hospital scene....I dont understand how they can make so much of noise in the hospital but no one is coming there to stop them

Sakthi runs towards Attai to ask permission to see her father. Attai stops her and asks her why the 'oodi kaali' has came there. And she looks at D and asks "this is the guy is it? Why both of you had came? To kill my brother is it?" Sakthi asks sorry in reply and asks to see her father. Attai replies in angry saying, "She knows how to take care of her father so asks her not come and see him ever again. And asks her to get out. She continues saying "the wife he married is not a good one and the children he got is worse than that, thats the reason he is going through all that. Just because of some 'puniyam' he had done outside, he is still alive now" She even continues saying even if her brother would forgive her, she would not do that at all. Sakthi not wanting to hear what Attai says, runs towards the room where K is. Attai beats to stop her from entering and chases her out. Now S goes to T begging her to see K. T scolds S for her behavior for which Attai interrupts saying, "Both of you are acting very well. I know you (referring to T) had said to S to cry and you will pretend to as though scolding her". The situation goes on until M and D force S to get out of the hospital.

After the argument ended, the most 'brilliant' doctor comes there and says that someone could go and see K in half and hour time. Then he scolds them for making noise and asks everyone to get out of the place except one person. Attai chases everyone out except M. Selian requests to stay there but Attai scolds him back. Selian leaves the place looking angry on M.

SCENE 2
Selian and his family enters the house compound where Selian tries to open the door. Having difficulties in opening the door, he kicks the door. Seeing this tata asks him why he is behaving such away. He admits that he is angry on Attai and M. Tata asks him back that there is a reason for being angry on Attai but why he needs to be angry on M. He replies that he is a grown up man now, but no one is treating him in such a way, since Attai had chased him out of the hospital and giving importance for M. And he even requests why she needs to be treated that way when she is no one for that family. This is supported by Kirtana. Tata asks them to give respect to M as she is elder than them. But in reply Selian tells them that the first he wants after his father is cured is to chase this Mithra out of the house. As she is an equal torture to Attai in that house. Saying this S and K move into the house. Hearing this, T feels so bad and asks her dad to let them know who is Mithra. But in reply Tata says if they get to know about this, they will be very happy and treat M very nicely but seeing this Attai and Kalai would chase M out of the house. So it is better to have that kind of situation rather than the other way around.

Kanmani and Boopathi arrive to the hospital. Kanmani gets out of the car and waits for B nervously. But B purposely making things slower. He combs his hair using the car's mirror and when he turns around he bumped int a guy. Then he picks an argument with that guy in which finally K goes to intervene. But seeing K getting involves, he walks straight into the hospital and stands there as though he doesn't know anything. Kanmani requests about her father, where the nurse replies to go upstairs. Kanmani rushes upstairs while B walks leisurely. K sees Attai and M walking towards her pushing K into another room. Kanmani requests Attai how it had happened and why they didnt console K. Attai explains that she had consoled K but seems K could not admit it. Then she says that "not having enough of what S had done, she even came here with her husband just now". Boopathi gets shocked hearing this and asks permission and walks out. Attai is called to the lab for something. Kanmani follows behind him and asks him why he is leaving. He replies that he cant stand in the place where D had stood and will come back in an hour to pick her up. Kanmani wiping her tears go back to the room. K and M wait in front of the room for K

SCENE 3
B is sitting in a liquor shop and fully drunk. He requests for another bottle. The owner of the shop asks his worker not to give anymore since he is already very drunk (fearing it would lead to problem) and tells him to tell B that they dont have that brand. When the worker tells that to B, B asks him to bring another brand. Hearing this another old man asks him not to change the brand as that would lead to a problem. B tells him that everything is changing, so there is no deal in changing the brand. The old man says that one of the guys he knows had died because of changing the brand. Hearing this B relates his sad story about S ran away to him. The old man consoles him saying he will get another good wife. But B says they already had forced him into a marriage with another girl and takes the drink of that old man and drinks it despite the advise of that old man not the drink it.

Anita arrives to the hospital and requests about K to M. Then they walk near Kanmani where A asks M to ask something to Kanmani. Megala asks her, "Is your husband is making you happy? Is he treating you in a nice way?"...Hearing this Kanmani looks shocked+sad...FREEZE

I predict of course Kanmani would admit that he is treating her very nice...😡
