Neil (Ronit Roy) and Ragini (Pallavi Kulkarni)'s love story in
the show Itna Karo Na Mujhe

The reason that had driven the much-in-love couple apart
15 years ago and lead to their divorce, is out and the
misunderstanding has been cleared. With the truth about
Suhani's birth being revealed, Neil and Ragini's supressed
feelings for each other have become more evident.
While on one hand, Neil finally comes to know that Aman
(Darshan Pandya) and Ragini are not married to each other,
on the other hand his family is busy making arrangements
for his upcoming nuptials with Nivedita (Sayantani Ghosh).
As his friends, RK (Anurag Sharma), Karan (Ashwin
Mushran) and Dimpy (Kishwer Merchantt) tell him not to get
engaged to Nivedita, Ragini too is pining for Neil as she lost
15 years of her life with him. Moreover, the pain of missing
the growing up years of their kids and all the important
occasions is enormous. The possibility of spending the rest
of their life together as one happy family is what both Neil
and Ragini are looking for.
However, even after confessing their feelings for one another,
problems haven't ceased to exist for the estranged couple.
Though Ragini's heart longs for Neil, she, being the one to
always stand for what is right, asks Neil to go ahead and
fulfill the commitment given to Nivedita. Neil, reaching
another crossroad in his life, is torn between doing what his
heart desires and his commitment. So what will Neil decide?
Will he listen to his heart and choose to spend his life with
Ragini and their kids together or will he marry Nivedita?
