BW has to stop promoting starkids and let outsiders in. Things have gotten worse as its a cottage industry where talent is kept out deliberately. Now talent has found way out thru social media/YT. People will simply move on to that or Hollywood films if BW doesnt buck up. Thankfully I think BW folks have realized this hence there have been talk of introspection. Lately very few films have been announced. I think 2016 onwards we might see some good films.
And I hope holidays start underperforming so that the big stars stop monopolizing them and everyone stops being hung up on then. Nowadays release date is more important than script or director in BW.
