Ankita in Roobaroo

I just finished watching Roobaroo episode with Leslie Lewis and I am furious. They gave Ankita Pyaar Hua Ikaraar Hua .. Really tough song and way different from her genre. She sounded really terrible in it.. Her voice croaked and she was completely offkey.. I think these stupid Roobaroo episodes and stage shows create too much strain on her.. SHe is very delicate , sweet person. Sony should understand that she is not a guy and too many hardships will buckle her already weakened mind festering in hostile environment of trio.

On the other hand the trio enjoyes songs from their own genre and obviously made most of it. Ankita should also have been given some Sunidhi Mast type song.

She came out with a bang though when she danced beautifully to Leslie. Other contestants stood merely as a prop while Ankita occupied the whole stage majestically. It was amazing to see her coming back after a previous bad performance.

Also I would like to add to all Ankita detractors that it was very sweet of her to tie Rakhi to remaining contestants even though they harbour ill feelings about her. It was also evident that 3 share a boind together which further alienates poor ANkita from group.

The girl is made up of steel. Kudos to her. She is amazing talent, confidence embodiment.

Pls vote for India's Shakira her. Its important that you support her generously.

wow...u started out on such a bad note and ended wid full praises. I thot her pyaar hua was also terrible....jus proves dat shes not a versatile sineger....but she does seem liek a sweet person. However...i hope she is eliminated next..ive wanted dis for a long time now 😳 😛

Sorry I did not mean to start on bad note but was really upset. I was looking forward only to her performance and was quite disappointed. I blame SOny. It was obvious she was under too much pressure. Her natural bubbly, friendly nature was completely replaced by gloominess. I felt for her. No wonder it affected her singing.

relly? i didnt think she was gloomy. She looked totally relaxed and it loked liek she was enjoying herself dancing wid leslie lewis...
i liekd wat sony gave emon and ankita to sing....ankita cudnt pull it off but im glad emon sang a semiclassical song. Amit wasnt given a song dat he doesnt sing usually...he always sings sad soft n slow songs so dat was a bad song choice..I think 👎🏼

Ankita is a terrible singer and her lack of foundation is apparent in amost
every song. I don't understand why people think she is a good singer.

AWFUL is the word which came to my mind when I heard Ankita sing today. NO offence to any ANKITA fans.

I firmly believe it LUCK more than TALENT which is working for Ankita. Anyway my best wishes for her...

I agree her voice had strained. But thankfully 10th Gala is already shot and she has received some rave reviews. She also appeared from cage for one performance from reports..something only superstars do. I am looking forward eagerly.

I thought Ankita and Emon sang very poorly on Roobaro yesterday. Just terrible, in fact.

the very fact that ankita cudnt sing a song like "pyar hua' goes to prove that she cant sing 4 nuts...she has been just dep on her perf to get her thru till now n 4 the 1st time that she was asked to sing a relatively slow song she messed it up... ek ache singer ki yehi pehchaan hai ki wo musik ke bina sur mein gaa sakta hai... n ankita was completly off key..
it was diff frm her usual item nos. ... just goes to show shes not versatile...
as 4 her dancin , thats the only thing she does best.. the others were singin n playin instruments (thats wot they do best)...

Sorry Anki fans, but she was really terrible when she sang Pyaar Hua Ikraa Hua Hai. And i feel that Sony is completely not to be blamed on this matter. All it proves is that Ankita is not versatile, because if she was, she would have been able to sing all types of songs. That's why they gave her a song as Mini was the one who told Leslie Lewis that let's make them sing different songs than they usually do, that's why they gave her the song. Also, she was given the genre of the song and she copmpletely choose the song on her own will. Her voice sounded completely strained, and that's what made her sound really bad.
