Is it possible that they are taking the story line from an old movie "Daddy" where Pooja Bhatt and Anupam Kher acted in daughter and father roles. there too there was a mystery surrounding Anupam Kher, the daddy who happens to be in music profession , i think a singer.. Also was probably accused of causing death of his wife, my memory getting kinda fuzzy now. Any ideas?
