Episode starts with Mihir with his boss (Raman's ex-boss) , other businessmen and Ashok having business discussion and drinks at some pub where Mihir's boss gives advice to Ashok that he should do whatever Raman asks him to do even if it means selling his shares as Raman has got good business sense and experience ; Mihir is just shown drinking and not talking much as he is feeling uncomfortable in Ashok's company which Ashok notices and so Ashok deliberately starts talking about his past relations with Shagun and Mihika ; Mihir's boss and other businessmen sort of enjoy that discussion and tells Ashok that Mihika was a good choice for him and so he should not hv left her on which Ashok tells them about how he genuinely loved Mihika but she played games with him 😡 ; Hearing this Mihir could not stay quiet anymore and tells everyone about how it was Ashok who trapped Mihika in MMS scandal to forcibly marry her and later attempted rape on her ; Mihir further tells everyone that its wrong to enjoy such discussions with a disgusting person like Ashok since personal reputation is always connected to one's business reputation and in this case Ashok's reputation in both case is bad and so if they interact with such person then their reputation in the business market could b at stake too 👍🏼 .. Mihir then leaves from there ..
Raman reaches at the Seminar ; Ishita is pleasantly surprised and happy to see Raman there ; Just then Ishita and Subbu's patient who was suppose to b present for their Seminar Demo tells them that she needs to leave for some urgent work and leaves ; Ishita and Subbu r in a fix now as without a patient they cannot give the demo ; Ishita calls someone to arrange for a patient but could not get hold of anyone in such short time when Raman volunteers to b the patient in front of Subbu 😃 ; Subbu is relieved as they got a patient in Raman now 😆 ; Ishita was trying to call someone and so she is not aware of Raman and Subbu's deal ; Subbu was about to inform Ishita too about Raman being the patient when theiir names r announced on stage to present the next Demo and so Subbu could not tell Ishita about Raman ; Subbu just tells Ishita that they found a patient but Ishita is not aware that its Raman 😛 ; Ishita and Subbu's Demo begins ...
Meanwhile Rinki is talking to Toshi on phone and is very happy about their vacation ; Toshi gives her all the ideas about what all romantic stuffs to carry for vacation 😆 ; After the phone call , Mihir comes in all drunk and looking frustrated when Rinki makes him sit on sofa as he is too drunk to even sit or walk on his own ; Mihir then starts blabbering about Mihika in his drunk state ; He talks about apologizing to Mihika since he thought of her as gold digger when she married Ashok when in reality she married that guy just to save her Mihir but he dint trust her enough and instead left her all alone by getting married to someone else when on other side she was almost getting raped but he still could not do anything ; Mihir keeps blabbering about how he left Mihika alone to fight all battles and could not stand by her when she needed him the most 😭 ; Hearing all this Rinki feels bad and left out looking at Mihir's condition ...
In the Seminar , Ishita concludes her speech by telling that Subbu will now show the Demo of this Teeth extraction technique and calls for the patient when Raman walks upto the stage ; Ishita is shocked and pleasantly surprised to see Raman taking this risk just for her 😳 ; As soon as Raman sees Subbu applying anesthesia injection and will then extract one teeth , he gets scared and wants to get up 😆 but still he manages to complete the entire process just for Ishita 😳 ; Ishita feels happy and proud of her husband's teeth sacrifice for her 🤣 (Okk this scene was totally OTT .. I mean which doctor actually extracts a real good teeth of a person just to show a demo when Raman is not even a patient .. they could do a mock test on him than real 😆😆)
Seminar is finally done and Raman already left to arrange candle light dinner for Ishita 😳 ; Subbu and Ishita come out of the Seminar hall and Subbu asks Ishita if he will drop her home on which Ishita tells him that driver might come with car to pick her up as Raman arranged some dinner for them two 😳 ; Hearing this Subbu tells Ishita that he is really happy for her and Raman and also tells her that she is lucky to get a husband like Raman 😳 (Subbu looks genuine so far 🤔 )
Mihir has almost passed out after getting drunk but still blabbering about Mihika in his half unconscious state when Rinki rests him on bed and feels sad for his condition 😭 ; Mihir also says sorry to Rinki for his condition and finally passes out ...
Ishita reaches the restaurent which has been specially decorated for her 😳 ; Restaurent owner Welcomes Ishita with flowers and Raman too comes and greets her but Raman is not able to speak clearly because of the tooth extraction and so his mouth is swelled up 😆 ; Ishita is happy to see everything that Raman planned for her and she guesses that Raman finally wants to tell I love you to her 😳 ; So Ishita asks Raman to finally say it but Raman struggles to say ILU to her since everytime he says ILU , the voice and sound is not coming out clear because of his swelled up mouth and so Ishita just could not understand what he is saying 😆 (I think Ishita understood but was just pretending so that Raman keeps saying ILU to her 😆😳) ; Waitor brings wine for them both but Ishita tells Raman that she does not drink wine when Raman with his swelled up mouth and unclear voice only tells her that its grape juice and not wine 😆 ; Ishita is relieved that its just grape juice 😆 ; Raman keeps struggling to tell her ILU as his voice is not coming out clear while he pronounces "I love you" with his swelled up mouth 😆 ; Meanwhile one guitarist comes and plays guitar for Ishita which she enjoys and thanks Raman for organising it all but poor Raman still struggles with his ILU 🤣 ;Waitor then brings menu card for dinner ; Ishita plans to give food order but frustrated Raman sends the waitor and menu card back as he just want to finish with his ILU and grape juice first 😆...
Ishita and Raman both drink the grape juice completely but after drinking it Raman panicks and checks inside Ishita's mouth on which Ishita is fully confused 😆 ; Raman with his struggling voice only tries to explain her that inside the glass there was a diamond pendent too which she gulped down with the juice 😲🤣 ; Hearing this Ishita too starts panicking 😆 ; Just then entire Bhalla clan from Toshi to Simmi to Ruhi-Adi all come out in front of them as they were hiding in that restaurent only to see their proposal but come out running to Ishita as they hear Ishita just gulped down the diamond pendent 😆😆 ; All start panicking and ask Ishita to just throw it out ; Even Ishita starts panicking and tries to throw out the diamond pendent when Episode ends 😕 (Scene was funny but a little absurd too .. I mean u gulp down something like that and u cant even feel it unless someone says it to u 😕😕)
Precap : Bala and Subbu's mother tells Bala that she can see some happiness on Subbu's face when he is around Ishita 😕 ...Meanwhile Suraj warns Ashok against trusting Shagun again but Ashok tells Suraj that he trusts Shagun over him .. Shagun was present too
