why was it not dismissed ? why suspended ?

Ya even i thought why is it only suspended but i dont think it will reopen..

it is considered dismissed as far as i know

I don't think they will reopen the case. Although the case was suspended, I don't think they will bring it up in the story and there will be no use of it. By the way they wrapped up the court drama in 2 days. Now days JR is in super express mode. If they show like this, we might get SidNi reunion next week. We never know what's in store for us. 😆

For some reason I think they will be right back there, DD probably again. Something that DD said got me thinking, she said that if she's face with a similar situation she will do the same thing again. Now maybe she just said it without meaning or cvs are planning some big drama involving Kritika and hence maybe she will be forced again to take drastic measures.
