In comparison we can take Radhika in Chhoti bahu. She was quite, good natured, both in nature and communications with others, even when they didn't treat her well. You could feel her direct connection with Lord Krishna.
Girl playing Devika seems good, but creatives are not getting it out right

thoug i didn't followed ChotiBahu completely but i think there cant be comparison between these two characters. they are quite different.
how can we compare a girl who is like meera with a girl who will be fighting out the demon in her life whom CVs trying to resemble mahishasur??
loud yes. but she still thinks ravi is a bad person. and i guess she'll continue being so unless she sheds all her misunderstandings of him.
she seems docile,good natured among her family&friends but she does carry angst.
but she just looses her mind when it comes to fight with ravi.
so yes, sometimes things do appear over done.
