Amazing update once again. Really intrigued by the animosity between Arnav and the Vaghelas, guess will get to know more about it in the upcoming chapters. Also the million dollar question as to why Ranjan favored Arnav for all those years.
Coming to Khushi...as Aman questioned himself that if she can remember that Aman liked perfumes than how come she's forgetful about Arnav's non-smoking habits & gets him cigars instead. Is she intentionally trying to piss him off or she just like her brother doesn't likes him. Whatever is the reason I'm sure you'll let us know in its due course. I'm just eagerly waiting as to how Arnav will make Khushi realize his feelings for her.
Lastly what security blunder was the grandfather talking about?? Will be waiting eagerly for the next part.

Loving the complex grey setting of this story and equally complex characters. I am finding Akash not very likable already. I found the below part so fascinating. Arnav is very honest and makes no bones about what he thinks of Khushi and her family.

Absolutely loved the second chapter. Love your characterization of ASR here. Breathtaking...dangerous...alluring...sexy...master of self control...master planner and manipulator...shrewd...hawkishly intelligent...able to see and cut through all the bs people try to hand to him...if they are stupid.
He seems to have more than platonic or foster brotherly ideas about Khushi and he seems to have saved himself from all vices to eventually be with Khushi in a long term manner. The fact that she refuses to acknowledge him as someone more than a family acquaintace to her, drives him all the more determined to prove to her that such pretence won't cut with him anymore.
What remains to be seen is if Arnav's plans for himself and Khushi are geniune from his heart or he is using her and their attraction for each other as a pawn to execute his major masterplan...bring about the downfall of Akash, even if it entails making Khushi fall in love with with him and marry him, and carry out his grand design of taking him down..even out...and become the King of the Underworld or Mafia.
It makes me worry how Khushi would react at how ruthlessly and cold heartedly she has been played at.

Congrats on the publication of MKMII...I was madly in love with that and MKMI and just about anything you write. I tried to download it but nothing worked...but I will forever have sweet memories of anxiously waiting for its updates and greedily reading it and its amazing story and plot and characterizations...Stunning story.

Chapter two has made me even more curious than normal. ASR is someone who hasn't had a normal childhood, he despises everyone in Khushi's family just as much as they despise him and both parties have their own reaons as well.
