Yeah, probably something worse. But at a lot of times, I feel this 'lets take turns to die' arcs are getting really repetitive. They're almost done to death now and it'd be great if there could be an arc or storyline where neither of them is going to die but instead are supposed to defeat some big bad evil together.

Not sure what I think of the Styne family yet.

Them fighting the good fight against a common enemy without a personal thing at stake... hmmm it easy, its safe, its not gonna cut for me anymore.. The fun about this show is that u know its gonna hurt you because u care and they like ripping you apart. unless they find something that is worse than them dying for each other I don't think it will be good for the show. It is repetitive I know. But this is what sells and ten years of this show proves it.

I didn't say with nothing at personal stake. Its just that them taking turns to die every season gets repetitive. Best example would obviously be season 5. Sam had his own personal story, Dean too and then they had to stop the apocalypse. Season 9 and 10 have all been about just them and may be I kind of miss the fighting for the greater good element.

Yeah those major arcs are missing and I really really miss them. But then dying for each other has always been the theme for the show. I don't see that changing neither do I want it to change because it makes those fights personal. Even the apocalypse was in a way personal. They wouldn't have fought the way they did if the prophecy never stated that its one brother killing the other.I don't know something about this makes me want to cling onto it irrespective of how correctly I can predict who is gonna be in trouble next season 😆 But yes a major arc will be nice for a change. I rofled so bad when Metatron asked Cas about his purpose right now. Its like Robbie is asking Carver, why on earth do we still have angels in this show when you all you do is keep making them roam around murdering each other for absolutely nothing 😆 Same goes for Crowley. What is he doing other than carrying meetings in hell. Everything is too personal that it set them all in their own little world. But then its season 10. I don't see something shock worthy in the near future. All I can hope for from such an old show is interesting plots and emotions running high.

Interesting enough while we are talking about this I saw this VM
