Is it about Survival of Cancer Patient

Hi I was just wondering if this story is going to be about the battle and then survival of a cancer patient or is she supposed to die. I initially thought it might be about survival but since the lead character Gurdip is pregnant maybe she is going to die.

Apparently Gurdeep's role is a cameo, so I'm guessing that she is dying and the story is about her family that's struggling to live without her. She's only shot 15 episodes, and apparently she will only appear in flashbacks after her death- which will take place soon. Hope that helped!

I think Gurdip Punjj's character whose name is Anandita Ram Ahuja will die soon in Dil Ki Baatein because in real life she is pregnant.

But I remember some promos where they show her to be pregnant and show her tummy competing with Ram's. How is it possible then if she dies? Also, could it be possible that she goes into coma and they only bring her back much later after her real life pregnancy is over? Another doubt I have is that once the trust gives money for treatment (they mentioned it in yesterday's epi.) may be miracle happens? Not sure what is going on because I just joined and watched only a few epis so far.

She has to be alive without her wont be good to watch

I don't think she was actually pregnant. I think that was the flashback to when she was pregnant with Disha or Aarav. If she was pregnant during the cancer time, the doctors would've already figured it out.
