Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif love to party with with close friends. Often celebs are spotted outside their sea-facing apartment on Carter Road in the suburbs of Mumbai. But apart from this, the love birds have another hot adda for their parties.

According to a leading tabloid, a sprawling penthouse in a partially-occupied building on Pali Hill is Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's secret' party spot. As per this report, the couple has reserved this new party spot for their select set of friends. Last week, Ranbir and Katrina were spotted here along with Ayan Mukerji, Aarti Shetty and Aditya Roy Kapur among others.

While describing RK and Kat's new party destination, the source informed the tabloid that the top-floor in a partially occupied Sandhu Palace, has caught the fancy of the couple. This place is apparently owned by one of their close friends who loves midnight bashes. One of the guests at Jr Kapoor and Ms Kaif's party at the penthouse was quoted saying "It was a crazy party with flashing psychedelic lights, trance music and even a projector in the living area. The apartment is like one you'd find in New York's Upper East Side and is the perfect party place."
