Nothing new to say about today's episode.. If I talk about acting, I would sound like a parrot, repeating whatever I said in my previous takes. The acting is par excellence from every major cast member..

A slight variation of the Mandir promo, where Ram confronts God.. Unlike the promo, here Ram doesn't fall on his knees, but categorically proclaims he will continue hating God forever... Buddy, I know it is not the time to think positive, but just one thing I want to say.. Count your blessings before blaming God.. It is the same God who gave you a wonderful family for the last 18 years... But, yes, no one can think like that when they are on the verge of losing their beloved..

The hospital scene is another class act.. Ram was just too good, the way his lips trembled when he was telling Anu about his decision to grant her third wish, marvellous acting. I called Anu selfish in my take for Thursday's episode, today Ram repeated the words for himself, for not acknowledging the pain she is going though and wanting to keep her alive.. It is so relatable, anyone who had been a caregiver for a terminally ill patient would know how true these emotions are. At some or the other time, the carer does get a doubt whether wanting to keep the patient alive is their own selfishness...

The background song was just so heart melting.. Is it a movie song? Or a title track for the show?

Anu didn't have dialogues today, but Gurdeep's expressions and tears were just bang on...

Poor Disha, she senses something wrong with Ram, but he's not sharing it.. Ram's behaviour at home, wanting Aarav to wear Anu's favourite shirt, taking Anu's bangle and makeup kit, showing his emotional imbalance and silent grief..

The kids scene at hospital was so adorable. Disha becoming a mother to Aarav, and Aarav repeating her coaching, this kids are so very cute, especially Aarav, and Mahima as Disha was excellent in this scene.. Even the doctor who should have developed thick skin after years of medical practice couldn't help, but melt seeing the kids..

Kids with mother, another wordless poetry...

Precap : kids singing for mom and Ram's wry smile hearing the 'happy family' part.. How can a man convey so much pain in a smile !!! I am confused about the Doctor calling Mr. Kapoor.. Didn't the doctor told Ram that there is no hope now? Then why he calls Mr. Kapoor for financial assistance? I will reserve my opinion till we get to see the scene playing out.. Anu has one more wish, to talk to her dad.. I will reserve my opinion till we get to see the scene playing out.. And Ram somehow managing to fulfil it by having Anu talk to Mr, Kapoor over phone.. Nice to see the happy smiles on Ram & Anu's faces..

The episode was again emotive, in-fact heart touching one. Ram's dilemma was perfectly understandable. At one point he does not want to let go of her yet he cannot stand the pain she is in, the way she has been carrying on. It is a huge decision to in-take and for him it's like walking on fire. At one point he had the optimism yet he was greeted by the reality, that he would have to let her go.😭

It is one biggest emotional hurdle not just for Ram but for his whole family.😭

On the other side we see Anu, that desperation of look on her face, the blank sadness it was really heart touching. For her too this is a bitter pill to swallow. Infact for all of them it is a bitter pill, fact more than that.

And once again an awesome take dear! 👏 You've described each scene so well👏

Thank you for the take, as usual awesome. What can I say, Geetha. Ram was simply brilliant in that scene at the hospital and through out the episode. Very few actors make such emotional crying scenes really and truly touch the heart. You could actually feel his pain and how much he loved his wife.

Ram and God...I can understand why he feels that way and I think many can relate to this. It's difficult to count the blessings when faced with tragedy. This will come only with the passing of time. And you always question God, why me? Forgetting that the same God gave you so many blessings.

The urgency with which Ram tries to gather the things for Anu...the kangans and the makeup items...another good scene. The kids are outstanding actors too. And Gurdeep nails the emotions so well.

Let's see if Mr Kapoor does at least talk to his dying daughter...the least the guy can do. Seems he is too stubborn and this will haunt him forever and probably make him bitter towards Ram, perhaps? And treat Ram unjustly, maybe?

I wish Ram talks to Disha about Anu and her third wish. She's old enough to understand and deserves to know. But on the other hand, many parents think their children are too young, discounting the fact that youngsters of today are way more mature.

Great take!!
I felt the same way. The acting is getting even more unbelievable episode by episode. It's awesome. Gurdeep is actually quite a talented actress, along with Ram and the kids. Kudos!!

Like Suganthi has mentioned, even I would like to see Ram telling Disha about how they need to let Anu go. If Disha is aware, to an extent, she can control Aarav as well, because clearly they share a strong bond as siblings. She can be trusted and should be, because she's shown to be very mature and as devastated as she'll be, she can control herself and she deserves to know.

Ram really got me today. After a long day at school, it's always a treat to come home and watch Ram. But really, his acting just got me today. He was brilliant.

Thanks for the awesome take. As always beautifully analyzed.
As for the episode...all I can say is it was beautifully enacted and so touchingly presented.
Literally brought tears to my eyes.
I wonder how long this will go on...but each episode brings with it more and more emotional turmoil and greater sorrow for the two.
Well done cvs and the acting was par excellence...particularly Ram's...he's truly an awesome actor...not that gurdeep's not...her expressions are also superb...
Waiting to see what develops now...

Exactly!! It is a heartbreaking time for whole family.. Anu though wants to be let go off, is feeling the deep pain of leaving behind her beloved family.

Yea, Sugnathi.. It is tough to count blessings at such situations.. He will certainly come to appreciate the blessings he received one day, but that will be only after the worst of the grief passes away.. It could even take years for that to happen.

Yeah, Ram should talk to Disha, but I think he doesn't want to do it without Anu's knowledge or consent. It is the same as revealing about Anu's cancer relapse, he didn't disclose that either. It is almost like it is Anu's health and her wishes, and he has to respect her decision on that. Add to that, there is also the instinctive need of a parent to protect the kids from unpleasant things.
