Maharakshak Devi on Zee doesn't have Mytho attire on their characters. But the story seems like a modern adaptation of a war between Asuras & Devas. Here Devi's aim is to stop Asuras from destroying Earth.
I just saw part of tonight epi. With Brihaspati as Devi's Guru & Shukra as Asura's mentor along with Bhasma, a modern incarnation of Bhasmasur, with his BG shown as Mahadev giving him boon. Mohini tricking him to burn himself. It'll be interesting to see how this story progresses.
PS. Would like to know what happened in Saturday's epi. If anyone has seen the epi, please post the story here.

It was mentioned in one of the article, this show is modern adaptation of Mytho characters with contemparary issues. Tiger stopping Shukra was an interesting scene.

yes. It's a little bit of fiction... but they have same plot for durga-asuras..

they are presenting this story in a quite interesting way.. a little bit inspired from english tv series..like in supernatural they use same plot of their ancient mythology but present it in modern way...

i am actually liking this show..

not pure fiction and not pure mytho..

also, they didn't show anything which cause trouble to mytho lovers.. (=

all episodes till 12th April are already up on YT...

Just saw an article- there will be no love angle between Gauri & Mahesh. Ratings are low. 😆
So now will focus on revenge track.
Even in a modern fiction, people are not accepting Gauri falling for Mahesh.
Devi is expected to kill Mahishasur.
