Karim bring up the hidden knife from his shirt..n attack on arjun..he purposely make attack on arjun's same hand..

Arjun got more hurt..n tries to help arjun..n during this karim get escaped..

Arjun:sam..ja usse pakad..

Sam:stop it..tere hath se khoon nikal raha he..chal..doctor ke pass chalate he..karim ko ham baad me dekh lenge..

Sam n jun again get inside suv..sam started driving with full speed..but they don't found any hospital nearby..

But luckily..or may be unluckily..they are near to abhi's home..

Sam decided to go there..

Arjun:nahi sam..hame abhi ke ghar nahi jana chahiye..

Sam:stop it arjun..waha pe atleast tuze first-aid toh milega..
