I'm eagerly waiting for Phulan Thakur to roar, if he is to. As he seems to be the only sane and responsible head in the entire family at the moment.
Mithilesh is exceptionally egoist, arrogant, stubborn and extremely short-tempered; in addition to these, he eternally suffers from superiority complex and now-a-days has sent his (may be over-)worked brain to hibernation. Apart from that, he has got no respect for women and treats them as mere objects.
Lakhan has got a malfunctioning brain, which is in no way related to intelligence !!! He is as well super egoist, arrogant, stubborn and extremely short-tempered like Mithilesh. In addition to that, he is extremely impulsive. He also does not respect women, considers them as robots and has made it his habit to torture them either mentally or physically whenever or wherever he wants to.
Priyom is a habituated womanizer. He takes pride that he has executed "76 encounters" till date !!! He is, well, irresponsible. But, at least he has got some great traits as well - a sharp intelligence with a super cool brain and an almost non-existent ego, which compel him not to loose his control in any situation (Unfortunately, he rarely uses these traits.). He seems to be quite sympathetic to others' plights.
Rajkumar is out of the equation as off now. Should we consider Guddi ?!!! In the age of women empowerment, the creatives can explore that possibility as well and she seems to have ample intelligence, courage to speak up the blunt truths and a kick-ass attitude. But she is quite young at the moment.
So, the entire next generation of Thakur khandaaan is faulty in some way or the other. Taking that into consideration, Phulan Thakur must simply forget about any impending retirement plans at this moment; until some unforeseen miracle metamorphoses at least one of the above samples drastically !!

Anyways, as per the latest promo, Poonam is getting ready for her marriage. Priyom (with teary eyes) requests Mithilesh to end this madness as Lakhan is their brother. Mithilesh answers that Lakhan is no longer their brother. Lakhan as well is getting ready for the marriage. Then both Lakhan (in groom's attire) and Mithilesh point guns at each other in front of the dais. A single shot is fired. But who fires it and who gets the bullet have not being shown.
