Amra's got such gorgeous skin that I feel like she doesn't need half the things they put on her.

And kinda amazed that the rest pretty much summed up what S3 has been all about thus far! It will be interesting to see how they take the story forward

So, I haven't watched qubool hai in a long while, only recently caught up with season 3. Here are some of my random ramblings, in no particular order, if any one interested in reading:

1) Nazia shazia are back. Nazia = meh as always. Shazia = kickass. Where is she now?! Why couldn't the useless sister disappear.

2) Khala/Khalu = endearingly dumb. Thank god they were atleast worried about Aahil when witch sanam threw him in the pool, otherwise I would have hated their guts!

3) Lateef = my chuimui, I missed your sassy self!

4) Witchy Sanam = is such lolz material with with her kala jadoo. That deadpanned way she has of looking at everyone is freakin hilarious. I gotta say though, determination issme koot koot ke bhari hai, she even reached pakistan😲. The way she chased sanam with that needle🤣

5) Shaad's entry was really good. I liked his bg music, really nice. Plus the sherwani's they've been giving him are absolutely gorg! Good looking guy. But, that doesn't excuse the fact that he's been deceiving her since the beginning. You're right, Shaad, 'woh kisi aur ki amanat hai'. Tell her the truth so she can go look for her sacchi mohabbat.

Oh and, Shaad is the only army officer who believes shashi kapoor is alive. Like, REALLY? REALLY? why am I even bothering, when did QH ever care about logic?😆

6) I like shaad's dad. looks the only practical person in that house. I like practical people, in case you can't tell. (Practical sanam FTW!)

7) Shaad's phoophi = horrible, horrible acting. Just plain bad.

8) Misbah = SMH. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong here. First of all, I don't like amra's new look at all. Awful dye job with the roots showing, it's more visible when the hair is in braids. The horribly caked up make-up ages her considerably. Is this the same begum saiba who was giving surbhi a run for her money in season 2?

Now on to the actual character, did they already have to make her a villain? It would have been much more interesting if she was a grey character. I guess she's already repeating whatever she's been doing since season one. I really liked her bg music though, such a nice haunting melody, but they're already back to the same old evil woman tune 🥱

8) Standing ovation to the QH hai music department. They've done such an amazing job on everyone's BG score. From Junoon (all versions), to shaad's and misbah's BG music. Truly, hat's off to them! If only I could say the same about story department.

10) Now, on to my babies: The jee karda and judai sequence was beautiful and heartbreaking😭 So far, yet so close in each other's hearts! Loved seeing every flashback she had of them. So restless he is to find her, so restless she is to remember the face of the person who stir's such longing in her. she finds Shaad's version of the way they 'fell in love' to the one she actually felt so different. When she tries helping her 'husband' let go of his past demons, her subconscious remembers a different face, her heart calls out a different name. She panics and is restless when she feels her husband is in danger. While on the other hand, Aahil is so sure that his sanam is alive, because if she wasn't, he would have known, his heart would have known! he is desperate to know if she is okay. He longs to see her safe and sound in front of him, with him. For her, he will tolerate anyone and everyone, if it means he gets any news about her whereabouts. kyunki Aahil Raza Ibrahim akele nahin paeda hua tha, woh apni zid ke saat paeda hua hai, aur ussi zid se woh apni sanam ko dhoond nikalega.

Atta boy, go and bring you girl home!

1) IKR. Shazia>>>>>>Nazia any day. Although Shazia is catty, she has a good head on her shoulders. In fact, I love her kickass nature. I can totally see myself in her too. LOL. 😛 Totally, I can't stand people who always throw pity parties for themselves and take everyone's shit. Shazia doesn't let anyone push her around.

2) You should check the Khala-Khalu AT. Yes, there is a Khala-Khalu AT now. I guess it's finally time that they get the appreciation that they deserve. Dumb or not, they always paint a smile on my face with their antics. 😳 Khala, khalu have an AT? haha, I'll have to check it out. IKR! Their antics are endearing.

3) I missed my chui mui so much as well! Aww! So glad he is still there. Always on laad sahab's side😉.

4) I love the witch man, she has oodles of class. Then I guess, the main villain/vamp of QH always has that. Even though her kala jadoo and chaals are lolz material, I like her now. Especially cause her scenes are with Aahil now, and I am loving how Aahil is playing her without any kala jadoo. So looking forward to their dinner date. Both look HAWT. And yeah, agreed. She is super determined, and that's why I guess Aahil will shoot her to make her disappear for a while. 🤣 Her kala jaado scenes are hilarious man, like how can anyone take it seriously. That little jar of blood looked more like cordial to me😆. But yes, now that Aahil is playing her, I find her much more tolerable. I wonder what she has planned for the dinner date. I haven't seen their looks for it. I'll have to check it out.

5) Yep, actor who is portraying Shaad is really good looking. But looks don't excuse his deception and cheating, true! And I am glad you are able to see that and don't just get lured by his looks. For me as well, substance all the way. Good looks don't hurt, but they do when they are the only thing you got. Umm I am not sure if he will be so happy in letting Jannat/Sanam go at this point. Even though he is praying to Allah that she gets her true lover, his actions indicate other wise. Actions speak louder than words. I don't think I need to say any more. 😛 Yes, definitely, there is no excuses for what he is doing. He had multiple chances to tell her truth, but he chose to keep her in the dark. I heard he confesses his love to her in the precap (?) The zeetv website doesn't have precaps, so I can't watch. Well, since the guy is in the army, I'm hoping he'll do the honourable thing.

6) Me too. Shaad's dad is the only person I like in that house. Everyone else seems to lack grey cells. LOL. Our Sanam is so much better than this bimbo Jannat. It's like she has acquired a new personality after losing her memory. Maybe she is suffering schizophrenia, who knows. 😛 Yeah, just what the hell was that? Losing one's memory, doesn't mean they get a totally different personality change.

7) OMG. Totes agreed. I can't stand the phoophi as well. She looks like she is constipated most of the time. 🤣 Total eyesore. I always forward her scenes. Her acting capabilities- or lack thereof - are on par with Rahat's. You can see the effort it takes them to moves facial expressions 🤣

8) I concur. Everything has gone wrong here. How I wished that they kept Tanveer's daughter positive, and then turn her grey later on when she finds out what happened to her Mom. She doesn't even have to be a grey character. AmG has so much potential, and it would have been interesting to see her portray a positive and then grey character for once. 🥱 Her look too is bad, it ages her considerably and that hair colour doesn't suit her IMO. So now it's just same ol' redundant shit again and again with her making murder plots etc. 🤢 They could have at least given her a new BGM. 😆 Exactly, the shashi kappoor track it so contrived, it's boring. I forward them all. And that fake thumb just takes the cake. How do the CV's come up these?😆 Yeah, that hair colour makes it look like she hasn't washed her hair for weeks! They did give her a new BGM, but it was too nice, they needed something that sounded nastier. Like the the one she had in S2, it's back😆

8) Yup, QH bgm (at least for season 2) has been well done. I am still addicted to Junoon, esp the fast version, like anything. I wish Aahil's bgm makes a come back too. Makes sense now to, cause the old charm and badass attitude is back. 😳 That fast junoon is so perfect, I've got it on my Sahil playlist. That would be so perfect, wouldn't it?!

9) It is assumed by everyone that Seher is dead, though they haven't officially shown her as dead yet. Oh okay, I forwarded a lot of nonsense, so I might have missed that.

10) I adored those two sequences too, they tugged the heartstrings. Beautiful. :') Even after being so far away from each other, they are still so close. Has love ever been so pure? I don't think so.

I really hope that when they meet, there is a nice song sequence, and they feel each other's presence. There should be a few hits and misses before they officially come face to face. 😛 Of course, if it's that's easy, then where is the fun in that? I need to see the angst, relestness and the junoon.

Then I want our ziddi Jallad Jinn to remind her, using his tactics, if you remember what he said to her before they separated. He said that if she forgets who he is, he will remind her, using his own sexy tactics. 😳YES!! I remember, I need to see that. LOL. Yup, super duper sexy. I am sure his zidd will be his best asset in reminding her of her real identity. One thing I do not want though, is Aahil chasing after her like a love-sick puppy. 🥱 Oh god no,I don't want to see that. I want him to make her remember why she wanted to be with in the first place.He should win her over with his wit and charm, and then give her the ultimate decision of choosing who she wants to go with. Right now that is the worst aspect in the storyline; the lack of agency given to Jannat/Sanam. So she needs to be given a choice, and fast! Damn right! Although, knowing our sanam, it's not even about choice. If she finds out Shaad is not her husband but Aahil is, she will go with Aahil. Even if she can't remember him right now, simply becuase she belives in the sanctity of marriage, and will try to make it work with this unkown man who happens to be her husband

Shaad - The thing I like the most about Shaad? His BG! Absolutely LOVE it! It's good right?! Sometimes it's stuck in my head I swear! But the rest? I have made my stance quite clear in the past. His actions are deplorable. He no longer even has a valid excuse for his lies, as he himself has now SEEN Shashi Kapoor, and no longer needs the help of this displaced women with mental trauma to further his case! Also, his character acts like a hypocrite as well. He preaches to his Dad about the duties of a good husband, while he himself not being one. Lies to him daily with no remorse, but acts holier than thou! Never misses a chance to romance this strange girl. Keeps her in his room. ALL while knowing she is either married/engaged or seriously involved with another man! Now to top it off, he has fallen in love in like 2 or 3 weeks, without even knowing her real name. What he does next? Only CV's know!

You're absolutely right, there is so excuse for his behaviour. He could have told her to truth and still asked for her help as a friend. She would have helped him too, since the basically saved from getting killed by an angry mob.He saw how desperately she wanted to talk to/meet her family. But kept piling on lie after lie. Now that he is 'in love' with her. I'm hoping he'll respect her enough to tell her the truth.

Shaad's Dad - Yes he is practical and he is also justified in almost everything he has told Shaad since he suddenly announces his marriage in the middle of his wedding! Some say he "insulted" Jannat? No. He was well within his rights to reject their relatiosnhip. Also, the day Shaad came home after abandoning Misbah on the street coz Jannat "buzzed" him? He was right to ask Shaad why his wife needed protection at "home" and his ex fiancee needs non on the road? His Father is not a psychic to know this girl is NOT Misbah! Love the Dad. Good man. Solid person.

I like the dad too. He's not discouraging for the heck of it, he has very valid reasons to be angry with Shaad. I liked his talk with Shaad after the nikaah fiasco, about how shaad kept going on and on about his duty but couldn't tell him straight up that he was married.

Shaad's Aunt - Despised her from her FIRST scene! Her acting is awful and she honestly looks insipid and lacks personality. Hate to even see her scenes coz they are that bad! Lol

It's truly awful. when she's crying after misbah's nikaah breaks off. cringeworthy.

Jannat - The happiest and most unrealistic amnesia victim ever seen. The first 2 weeks she acted like she forgot her shopping list, not her whole life and identity. Memory loss gave her a fake name and fake personality as well. Her behavior was totally grating and her total lack of reserve with a complete stranger was unreal! She was constantly throwing herself at Shaad even asking him to do up her blouse for her! Most amnesia victims don't even trust their own Mum! So this is how realistic their depiction was! No wonder half the audience were thoroughly disgusted! At this point, she has still not suspected Shaad, when he doesn't seem to be able to give her one solid proof of their relationship, and ALL her vague memories do not match with the stories he tells! Her victimization is 50% in her hands too! Sorry to say. Exactly! so unrealistic, like, she can't even remember her own name, what on earth is she so chirpy about?! A random stranger told her that he is her husband and she believed him😕 Didn't ask for ID or anything. Not to mention the complete WTH look on shaad's face

Aahil and Sanam 2 - They have their own alchemy! Lol. Now since the Witch has been found out by Aahil, I enjoy how desperate and needy she has become with him, and how he just plays along while gritting his teeth whenever she turns around! Waiting for more of their scenes and also to watch the "seduction of the witch". Haha, so true. I loved the office scene. Poor Wassem is thinking what the hell is going on

Khala Kahlu and Lateef- Khala Khalu even have an AT now. Lateef is most sorely missed! Lateef had the best scene when Aahil was fake loving Sanam2. He actully looked physically sick! Lol. Khala and Khalu continue with their horrible acts! But they do them in such a way you can't help but laugh! Good acting! :)

I've heard😃. Lol lateef's expression was epic! Yeah, no matter what, I can't get myself to dislike khala/khalu.

Shazia and Nazia: Want the snappy sister Shazia back. Brother dear will need her help when he wants to get his house in order! We all know Nazia is only serving herself by helping the witch! Always the goody two shoes are the ones with the secrets that no one will guess! Lol

Yep, she needs to be back, I enjoy her her scenes so much. It always is the quite ones.😆

Seher- I hope she is not dead and will reappear somewhere in the narrative! Please do give your opinion on if you think she should be paired with Shaad? I used to think it was a good idea, before I saw how this Pak track shaped up! Now with the way he has acted and his clear coveting of Sanam and how compromising their realtionship has been, I don't think that it's fair to Seher to be paired with such a man. A man who was living with her sister pretending to be her husband!

Personally, I'm never in favour of siblings falling for/being with the same person their sibling has been with/loved/lusted/wanted. Too icky for my taste. Plenty of other fish in the sea. That kind of complicated mess is better avoided for everyone's sanity.

SAHIL - Nothing much happening there accept telepathy and feelings that both have! Let's wait and see where it leads when they finally come face to face! Loved the phone convo. The song was fab! Stuck in my head for days! I'm counting down the days till they meet face to face! Me too, loved the phone convo. That song is growing on me, especially the chorus.

Shashi Kapoor - Won't even go there! The worst twist of this Season. I have no idea where that is going! Tannu daughter got an upgrade! She is an international criminal! I am sure Tannu will be proud, and Rehan horrified! Only thing I like about her is that she has a JOB, and is not some decorative Abala Nari type!

Word. Don't care for it one bit.
