The only instance where rajat did not trust Anu is during the Karishma CD track and he paid a very heavy price for it. The second track on veer , I do not think was a lack of trust issue. It was a case of extreme insecurity and possessiveness. Anu contrary to her known nature behaves very friendly to a guy,is very comfortable with him , is comfortable touching him, goes to the extreme of cutting short her honeymoon for him, cancels dinner plans for him etc. . Rajat in this case felt insecure because he thought Anu lied him to meet veer and not because she met veer. He had no problems about Anu meeting veer but did not want to be lied to and wanted Anu to do it after telling him. It was also a track of jealously when he thought he wanted to be anu's friend and husband . All this is also because of anu's behaviour to rajat ,If Anu had by her actions shown rajat how much in love she was him and taken him into confidence on everything, she could have told rajat that she called veer on the phone on her honeymoon, she could have told rajat she was matchmaking , rajat would have actively encouraged her. Anu has not learnt how to live with a husband or rajat's value. Let us hope she does before it is late. In fact till today she has not Explained to rajat her feelings during the almost two month seperation from him.
As far as trust goes I think rajat has been very trusting after Kari drama. Just because a person has a different opinion , It does not mean he does not trust you, like it happened with neil .He trusted Anu But did not want to give up on his brother either till he was convinced of the truth. In minty case , he still trusts Anu but finds it difficult to digest what his mother could have done . Which is perfectly alright . Cmon no matter what ,we are talking about his mother and it is only correct that though he knows Anu cannot be wrong he is only hoping that his mother won't stoop so low. So according to me rajat has no trust issues . He is doing the best any husband , son and brother could do in the circumstances. Anu would do well to recognise it and be more loving and caring towards him.
Had it been any other guy , even anu's favourite veer, I don't think they would have been as understanding and as accommodative as rajat. Veer was possessive when he learnt Anu was stranded somewhere with rajat. So Anu you are one lucky woman !!! Appreciate your husband

I think Rajat trusts Anu now..
Also Anu trusts him. It is just that she is always in a trouble trying to find out real culprits, helping her family, and friends, she is very busy.

About showing her love for Rajat I hope to see this mord often. But cvs don't even show Rajat's love for her nowadays.

It is sad that we have the best jodi , but still not have the best on screen romance.

Going forward with this friendly discussion. I have major issues with several of those points especially ones highlighted in red.
This could probably be because I'm bought up in quite a liberal family (doesn't mean immoral because I still have my values). My point is I have lots friends who are guys and I act very friendly with them because I'm comfortable around them. And hugging eachother etc is just a part of how we behave socially. And just because I get married, I will not suddenly be "not-comfortable" and not "touching" and "not friendly" with my guy friends. My IDEAL husband would be possessive towards me but wouldn't have trust problems regarding such things. And that would be the same from my side when He interacts with his friends who are girls.. I think that TRUST itself makes relationships beautiful
I feel like justifying a husband's lack of trust by saying the wife is comfortable talking to her guy friend and is touching him in I "friendly" (not pervy) way and caring for him AS A FRIEND... is like justifying rape by saying the woman shouldn't have worn sleevless top. [OOOFF After writing that I think that's a pretty tough thought... but don't bash me just on the basis of this though... I'm a happy person 😆]
As for his "Mom"... I honestly hope I don't get a mother-in-law like Minty 😆. But if I do, I wouldn't want a husband like Rajat who turns a blind-eye towards his mum. If it's the first time she made a mistake then fair enough.. second time, okay that's okay too... after that... he needs to trust his wife.. 😃
I agree with Awida di.. both of them haven't been great with each other recently. Both have made mistakes.

@BLUE : This is the difference my friend 😛
You have always been comfortable around guy friends , whereas Anu was not even comfortable being touchy feely with RAJAT . And suddenly she is very very comfortable with VEER.

I do understand where you're coming from.
May be it's just me but I still can't see a justification for him thinking she was having an AFFAIR.
Obviously I'll be fair and say he did apologise very well and was extremely cute in doing so.
I had major issues with the post not because of Rajat but just the idea that a guy can be justified to doubt his wife just because she's friendly with another guy. That's all.

I think you are missing the point. Rajat never suspected Anu to be having an affair. He said so clearly to minty. He was upset because he thought she was meeting veer behind his back and in fact said she does not need to do it because he was okay with it. Cmon yaar don't tell me you did not listen to these dialogues. The post does not justify doubting but is merely analysing The lack of communication on anu's part .

Haiin ?
I think I'm missing something here.

I dont think Rajat thought that Anu was having an AFFAIR with Veer.
He had problem , because he thought Anu was meeting Veer and hiding that from him.

He clearly said , " MUjhe Anu ke Veer se milne se koi problem nehi hain " 😕
