~An Open Secret~😳
The episode today starts with Hitler Dadi and dadaji ready to plunge down or should I say ready to put their plan into action. For once I wish they could have thought of their son and his happiness. They cannot always have control over him in such manner and today the drastic step they have taken has affected both him and Sharmistha. Their even what had sparked a little hope died out today. Each of their moves and constant control and blackmail is only stabbing and shattering their hearts, wish they understood all this.
In terms of the whole scenario, the scene of the way they enacted was made to look fairly comical, the way they abandoned the whole chapter of perversity and the way they fell for Swara and Laksh's plan was quite the laugh to watch. But for Hitler dadaji and Dadi they have already done the damage. To Shekhar and Sharmistha they have come to the note that they may never come together ever.
But for them little do they know what is happening around them. Their kids are willing to bring them together, as they say, where there is hope there always is a way. Both the sisters bonding itself was an awesome scene to watch. Their inseparable bond, Ragini and Swara are the apples of their parents' eyes. They are their ultimate strength and Lucky charms and they; I mean their lucky charms will be the one to bring them together eventually.
Now coming to Laksh, he has always had all the comforts, despite of having the controlled life, but now he has stepped out of that comfort zone and into the vast world he comes. He will have a lot of hurdles to surpass and it would not be easy. Yes he wanted to be free, free from the caged life-style, yet he did not look any exultant. For him, he still of course misses home and some where even seems to have the hope of getting called back home. He still misses somewhere deep down the comfort and of course his parents. No matter the anger, the love and support of your parents never dies. Anyways, a short light scenario between Swara and him was a good one. Laksh wishes to come clean to Swara soon, he wants to not hide anything, he wishes to do something good not damage it. He wants to not repeat the mistakes. I liked their little friendly argument they had.
As of Ragini, the concern still lives for her for Laksh, she still cares. The shock she was in when she found out, and the concern it developed. She was ready to help him in that moment.
Meanwhile in Maheshwari Mansion, Laksh's words seems to have cut hard on Mr Maheshwari, as he reminisces his words, that he killed his cousin, that he was the murder. This was the harsh word for him, something that has bitten him so hard. For the first time ever we saw the emotional side to Mr Maheshwari, behind the face of anger and frustration and an egoistic man, hid a face of huge emotions. His behaviour, the way he acted yes it is wrong and was wrong but the true sense to why he behaved the way he did, comes out as a clear picture today. Maheshwari himself has lead this life of control, and has had a traditional upbringing, to him because of the way he was brought and he was taught, he taught he was taking the right step, he thought he was structuring their home and getting them ready for the world. He himself had worked hard to get where he was and in the future wanted his kids to follow his step, just like he did with his father. His thinking here, its not completely wrong, what is wrong is one cannot "force" their decision down upon others, granted he has tried his best to provide the lavish and comfortable life-style but his approach has been wrong. The way he acts, the way he behaves as a commander that is wrong. His points, few of them were not complete wrong.
I do get the fact that for him he still has his arrogance, his ego and his so called respect, and this is where he is wrong. He fails to even notice his own mistakes and despite of coming out fairly open, still has his arrogance.
Annapura mother of Laksh is stuck between her married life and her love for her son. Her heart goes out to her son, she misses him and is worried, any mother would be. For her it is of course like she has lost one of her souls. She was once gain shown the disappointment by her husband as he repeated the words that he didn't care if Laksh left. This has cut through her heart. 😭 In a way until and unless either she does not speak up or someone again breaks the ice, this will continue. One has to step forward and as a wife I think it is about time Annapura did.
Overall, the episode was touching, comical with a lot of revelations.
Pre-cap: Dida asked Sharmistha if he wishes to forget everything that transpired in the last 20 years, and does she wish to move forward, she denies, but dida could see in her eyes the love for Shekhar. On the other side, Ragini once again seems to be getting blackmailed in an indirect manner (Here it looks like a wave of Love Triangle is comming, something which we have been greatly not wanting).
