My words weren't enough for you. Do you know the exact moment when I realized I loved you? It was where you stood up for my family, you saved us. You came like a hero and made everything right. I forgot every pain that you inflicted on me. From that moment I adored you. You were still in love with Tannu but it didn't matter, I thought my love for you would be enough. In time you would realize it.
You remember your broken guitar? Have you considered who fixed it? From your expression I can clearly see you have not. Well it doesn't matter now.
I just told you when I realized my love for you. Now I want to tell you when I felt devastation.
I knew you didn't love me. You didn't even like me, you thought I was a gold digger and liar. I didn't like it but I knew why you thought like that. But never did I think you would believe me to be characterless. I am from a middle class family and for me my izaad is something sacred."
Pragya wiped her tears. Abhi was shocked he didn't expect this. He thought she would be forgiving as always. He knew his faults and no sane person would forgive him but he coulnd't give up. Besides he was selfish he needed her, his dadi needed her.
"I am well aware of my faults but I will try my hardest to make it up to you. I can't live without you. One chance, just one more chance, I am asking a lot. Just please Pragya." Begged Abhi.
"Please stop Abhishek. I reached a point where I can't just forgive and forget. I know I will be able to forgive you in time but right now I can't even look at you" replied Pragya.
"Think of Dadi she needs you, she would be devasted to not have you. You mean the world to her." Said Abhi.
"I love Dadi and she will understand my decision, she is a woman first and your dadi second. If I stayed I couldn't stand myself, I WOULD be a hypocryte. I couldn't bear to look in the mirror. All I would see is a weakling. I always thought of others but now I have to think of myself." Replied Pragya.
"I see, it's pointless to stop you. But know this Pragya, I love you and I will get you back even if I have to fight for the rest of my life. I will let go of you because some wise man once said If you love someone, set them free. If they come back they're yours; if they... Well the rest was not important." Replied Abhi.
"If they don't they never were. This quote was Richards Bach's. I must say I am impressed." Said Pragya.
"It's all your assar. As I said the last part was unneccesary. I know that you are mine as I am yours. One day, one day we will have our happily ever after. I will be the man who will be deserving of you. Besides our bhagya won't let us seperate for too long" Promised Abhi.
"We will see. Good bye Mr Ahishek Mehra"
"Good bye Mrs one day to be wife of mine."

Thank you for the nice replies, I am not a writer, I am a reader it was my first time writing a story. Thank you again for taking the time to read my story and leaving those lovely compliments. And to all those writers of abhi pragya stories, you are brilliant. Writing is really something that takes a lot of time. It's awesome that you share them here. Your stories were my Inspiration, it give me the encouragement to write.
Hopefully I don't sound to sappy. And you might ignore my spelling and grammer mistakes. That would be awesome :-)
