Blooper return of the dead

I wonder how come i didn't realize it at first but the Director of Samar's film is actually the sardar that was with Shiv and Gaurie when they were captured by terrorist on their honeymoon. They then as a warning had taken the sardar to the side and shot him to tell the police that if they do not fulfill their demands everyone of their captives will be shot in that similar manner. Return of the dead.....
