Shreya goes upstairs and finds Siddharth's keys. Sid and Naina are hiding nearby. Shreya tries hard but can't find them. She tries to call Sid on his cellphone but he switches if off just in time.
Shreya rushes to Sid's house; Sid also flees towards home and reaches there by a hair's breadth. Shreya is ringing the doorbell impatiently; when he opens, she demands why he took so long. He says he was in the bathroom. When she asks him why the door to the house was open and why he left his keys there, and whether he was trying to avoid her, he says he is just too wound up about getting married to such a beauitful girl. Shreya is pacified.
Vedant calls up DRS and says that if the compensation is not paid, "his family" will have to face public humiliation. DRS uses this as an opportunity to play Vedika against Vasudha; he calls up the media and gives a story to them. Next they show Vasudha and Sushant watching a news report on how Vedika Rai SInghania callously refused to pay compensation; how Vedant is very upset about it and that people are saying that if Vasudha had been there, this would never have happened.
Vedika and DRS are also watching this. Vedika is furious, and DRS adds fuel😡 by saying that she was trying to follow company law but Vasudha tried to sideline her by giving Vedant money for Naryanaji. Vedika goes red with anger.
Vasudha tells Sushant that this media report will create further problems between her and Vedika. When she goes home, Vedika confronts her about giving money to Vedant, and says that earlier she saw her sister in VAsudha's face but now she sees her enemy.
Vasudha goes to DRS demanding why he was doing all this and trying to turn Vedika into another DRS. He says that it was her fault because she urged Vedant to leave the house, tried to come in the way of Shreya's marriage and is now instigating Vedika. Vasudha says he knows that's not true, and if she committed any error she is willing to ask for forgiveness, but can't they work to build a happy family? DRS says its possible, but only on one condition: that she tells him where Shalini is. Vasudha is taken aback; while they show Vedika on the stairs, presumably having heard everything.😛
