Come on these media kaha se kaha news banate.
It was a game played from Ekta were she asked them to name the ex it was for a fun and media wants to create drama out of social media fun games

That we know of. There was a video awhile back (really cute one!) of her talking about random things in her life and she mentioned previous boyfriends. Sharad seems to be her only famous boyfriend thus far tho.
