Ok, I know I am posting again. Some lessons are never learnt I guess.

I have a pertinent question -

What is exactly RK's role in the entire sequence of happenings?

The character was introduced with a lot of fanfare as a positive addition to the Show. he is friends to both Nachiket and Ragini, and understands them. Both N and R are pretty open with him, and trusts him with their feelings and secrets.

Further, he knows how the two idiots feel about each other, even when they are hurting each other - both intentionally and unintentionally.

Additionally, he is sweet on Pam and Pam on him, subconsciously. So he does have the powers to control Pam to certain extent.

He also knows that someone is deliberately trying to create problems in R's life by bringing S into the picture.

But what he is actually doing?

Nothing. Except for inviting N to drink with him.

Having monologues and waiting for The Armageddon to happen

He has actually not promised R much - now that he is seeing both his friends moving to a certain disaster, what is he waiting for? AT least, he could tell N the truth.

Doesn't matter if the truth yields any result or not.

When will Rip Van Winkle awake?

Its really frustrating seeing RK just flirting with Dr. Devika and drinking when both his friends are destroying their lives. He is just there as a bystander.

Really dont know what was the sense of him knowing about the fake marriage that early on if he is going to do nothing at all about it. The least he can do is give Nachiket some hints if not tell him openly or atleast try to do something.

Wonder if he will wake up when every thing is done with and destroyed, and then just like Neil will say Wada kya tha woh nibhaya.

Honestly, I find the whole process of the how they created this story to be an A-grade farce. My fundamental question is how do you start a show without having a planned/scripted story for atleast 50 episodes which would serve as a basic storyline. These people have been chopping and changing from the 2nd week of the show.

All these shortcuts by adding chars has only led to the journey being longer and viewers losing interest.

Haha .. Rip Van Winkle's not gonna wake up soon .. I'm telling you .. I have a strong feeling that indeed two marriages are very much on the cards .. First - Neil and FL2 and the second one Ragini and FL3 .. and after all this RK will finally wake up ...Only this way NB is going to drag the show for atleast 2 to 3 years .. and then finally show will end with two divorces and a happy marriage ...

This show promised so much when it started but now sadly .. nothing is left in the show to watch for .. Lot of useless characters .. I feel pity that Ronit Roy is doing this show .. The first phase of the show earned him the Best Actor Award ... Sad state of affairs ...

It is now becoming unbearable to watch every passing day ..

Hope someone revives the Show to its original glory ..

Who is going to revive the story? Ekta doesn't seem interested, I think she is busy with something else.

There is total reliance on NB who has such a big fat ego that she is not able to see the damage that is being incurred on a daily basis.

What they need to do is to sit down, take stock, take things in hand one by one and infuse some character into the Show. That';s not difficult for somebody with a 15 years experience

IKNMP is all about the promises and wrong execution of those promises.

Am sorry to say but NR friends Karan, Dimpy n RK are really useless addition. Along with these three dabbas, NR kids are also dumb n useless.

The type of experience counts as well. If its NB u r talking about then her experience has only taught her to use vamps in the show for marriages / multiple marriages / ex marital affairs / divorces etc and carry on till the channel wants the show closed. I had stopped watching EK serials, just watching this for RR.

There is actually no thought process involved in doing the script at all, its so haphazard not only from episode to episode but from scene to scene.

NB cannot think out of the box..infact she cannot think at all...this is the same stuff she is serving with new names and cast...and yes everyone will know the truth but none will utter...RK is from the same breed...he will do nothing and when disaster strikes everyone in chorus would be uttering the truth

this is NB with 9 shots of tequila ,pen and paper..do not expect any logic or sense coz she herself has no idea what to do ...she just keeps on adding character to fill the scene..most of them have absolutely no use...
