Hey guys!
So I was reading some Neruda and discussing the epi and at a boring party..all this led to this..
basically gushing about the babies..Feel free to read and comment!

She'll break, bit by bit, into pieces..and he'll collect those pieces, from her past, from her present, from all the painful memories she repressed for years behind a shining, happy, positive face, and put them together.
He'll help her be herself, he'll help her heal, by holding her hand during nights when she cries herself to sleep.
She will not need her jar of fireflies anymore; she won't need to trap them in a timeless space: she has him. All she needs now is some love, which is why she is fighting for them.
He is the one who shares her responsibilities; who knows the pain of hiding oneself behind masks of happiness and anger; someone who aches to see her tears (and yet is the only one who can laugh at them with her); someone who tenderly wipes them away and makes her smile by hiding his own frowns; someone who gives her the energy to shine again.
No one will dim her again; he will not let anyone get close to her..not after this...
this little child who was forced to grow up; this little girl with her fairy tale belief in love;this angel of happiness who made others smile while hiding her tears: she brought him to life, a life that is now worth living, because she is there with him. He will never let go, as he did not the first time she hung from a cliff.
He loves her, she knows that..but is scared to believe.
Who can blame her?
She is afraid of losing it...but she's letting go, little by little, as she knows he will lie down next to her, and stare at her while she stares at those stars that took away all she considered precious once upon a time. At the end of the day, she knows he will not hang up on her when she has nothing to say. He will scoff at her 'superstitions' but will give all his time and energy to make them real. For her.
Because she exists. Because she is him.
' tu jo hai toh main hoon'
So they wait, with their ever-lasting lists of to-do's, they wait for a night that may not come; for a day that may not shine, because she has hope and he hopes with her, when she cannot because she's afraid.
