Why can't Nisha go with Kabir to London?

I mean if by the end of the three months they fall in love and Kabir needs to go to London, why can't Nisha just go with him?

Is Nisha banned from the UK or something? What's the big deal?😆

Also, another thing I wanted to say...just because Nisha doesn't love Viraj anymore and he might be the bane of her existence, does that mean she can't feel sorry for the guy whose possibly lost the closest thing that he has to a family? Viraj said that Daadji was the only person left in his life, and if he goes he'll be alone. Doesn't that signify that Viraj is slowly letting go of Nisha? And he said it when Nisha was in earshot so it may have been easier for Nisha to feel sympathy for him because she didn't feel as much that Viraj was trying to pursue her anymore? Or maybe I'm just over reading.
