While the story moved only a little, the episode was very significant as it consolidated many things :
1. The body theory was now explained and established
2. The roles of Garudas were clearly etched out
3. We have seen them performing these roles - though not for mission amrit
3a. Shiva has gathered the intelligence required, charles has been the support of Rudra in his emotional journey and DM has provided administrative support, Katherine has been the link between them all, and with the dushman party, thapadiya mai has been the one to show the way where rudras love story is concerned.
3b. Rudra is now slowly taking the lead, and understanding his responsibility
3c. Bhairavi is bearing the weight of all the Garudas on her shoulders
4. Shiva's vulnerabilities are well known to Dansh - he knows how to make him loose his head( the most important part of shiva ) and how to subdue him
5. There is no plan to kill shiva till they can extract whatever is in his head
6. Dansh is making himself more and more invincible - against Shivas weapons - marm Vidya and even against his own weapons - the poison - so as of now, he cannot be conquered
7. He is a megalomaniac and obsessed with beating the Garudas and is well prepared for war
8. Leela is a realist in contrast and though resigned to fate, is not with Dansh
9. Indicators are that as Dansh becomes more and more like Ravana, his over confidence and ego will become his 'gadhe ka sar' and Leela might become the 'vibhishana' who goes to the sharan of 'rama' and expose his 'nabhi' - the weak point.
10. Rudras vision is now clearing up and he will see clearly what he knows and will use the known to lead his people into unknown!
A very very significant episode IMO
