Hey guys,

I just started watching this show and I'm mighty impressed with how it's progressing! 😃

At first, I thought Mahesh was the modern day Shiva, because Durga, who is a form of Parvati can only love one person. And the way they showed Mahesh and Gauri falling for each other, I definitely thought he was good. And then BAM! The CVs proved me (and i think a lot of us) wrong!

I LOVED this twist! 👏 Though I like romance, I don't think it's right for this story. Gauri is a warrior and I'm glad they are sticking to how she is fights the asurs and saves the world!

What did you guys think about today's episode?

It's still not clear whether they were past lovers or not but yes I'm kinda hoping that they are and that Mahesh isn't a temporary character like Bhasma.. But I would like a bit of Romance in the show.. And I do kinda hope that Mahesh isn't a negative character and that there is more to learn about him..

Mahesh is one character that left all of us confused.First,due to his name I too felt that he was the equivalent of Shiva.Then,when that baba mentioned that Gauri-Mahesh were past life lovers,I thought for a moment that they were Devyani and Kacha reborn.And now,it is confirmed that he is an asur.But it can also be seen as Gauri's most difficult challenge.She has to face the one she loves.

I do not think Mahesh is born Asur..He became Asur due to eye contact with that fat asur..I am loving this love story and do not want to end it at all..I feel Mahesh really loves Gauri and not a part of Sukra's gang..I hope he is cured by gauri like Tanya was and love story progresses side by side...Love their chemistry..

True! I think beating Mahesh will be the last and hardest hurdle Gauri will have to face before she wins the war against the asuras!

Hmm... that's very interesting. I saw that scene in a different way. When Mahesh saw KK (kumbkarn), he didn't freak out or yell, so to me it seemed like he was already familiar with the concept of asurs. And then instead of running to Gauri, he hid behind that tree and spied on her.

I also think that Mahesh did really love Gauri at first. According to the legend of Mahishasura, the demon falls for the beauty of Durga and sends her a marriage proposal. But Durga refuses. This hurts Mahishasura's ego and thus, starts the 9 day war. I feel like something like that will repeat here... Gauri already refused to tell Mahesh the truth of her identity and somehow, this attitude of hers might hurt his ego and he will turn into a full asur (leading to their battle, etc.). My other theory is that Mahesh was faking being in love until now (which given Varun's popularity might not sit well with some 😆) just to distract Gauri from her mission!

But of course, these are just theories. We will just have to wait and see how the CVs play this out!

One more thing I noticed was that Tiger was saying that he will commit suicide if he doesnot find Gauri..Why? I dont want any romantic angle between them...They should remain like siblings only..

There isn't any romantic angle between them.Tiger loves Gauri like a sister.He sees his little sis in her whom he lost long ago.And more ever Gauri is his responsibility and that is why he says so😊

No, it wasn't romantic at all. He said that he would commit suicide if they don't find Gauri because his mother will murder him if he comes home without her 😆
