I think it is only a short track one of the social message tracks just to show the psyche of children whose parents are at each other's throats and also about trying dispel the misconceptions about schooling for children.
Many people think schools in city or in urban area are better than schools in rural area elite schools vs schools educating children from disadvantaged background etc
They always shown these short tracks tackling a lot of issues before too.
