Colors' popular show Shastri Sisters, is all set to welcome a new entrant to the show to bring forth more twists and turns in its upcoming episodes.

Our source informs us, "Actress Poonam Bhatia has been roped in to essay the character of Leela Maasi in Shastri Sisters. Her character will be shown as Filmy, talkative and humorous. She will portray herself in a way that she is a poor victim of fate to the Sareen family."

Further, we also hear that, "She has entered the Sareen House with a motive. She also thinks that Sareen (Girish Sahdev) makes a great match for her. The upcoming episodes will unfold her motive of plotting against the Sareen family."

When we contacted Poonam Bhatia, she confirmed the news saying, "Yes, its true. I am doing Shastri Sisters."
