If he called someone to know were Roshni went and if that someone is Nani, then I would want Nani to tell Sid that Roshni never went home as she has made it clear she will not show her face to DD. That Roshni once again broke her link to DD because of the Domestic Violence claim. I also would want if he called someone else and not Nani, then I would want him to go fetch her and bring her home with him.

I just watched the episode again and I now do think he might have called Roshni and wanted to know what happened and told her to come back home. Because all he says is "hello" and nothing else, it could be anyone for sure.
