Technically they're below age but 13-14 yr old girl do have relationships with 19-20 yr old boys.

Now if the girls were under 12, then he's definitely a paedo. And if a much older guy is around girls that young, then is a peado. All pretty effed up anyway.

And mothers who send their girls must have some mental issues. Probably living out their groupie fantasies through them.
