something i noticed in the title track

i just noticed in the title track when i was watching the 1st epi for the millionth time😆 that after the scene where sapna is looking at the photos of guys and atul, armaan and riddhima scare her, they show Dr. Keerti and the guy next to her is that same new doc that sapna likes. look carefully and you will see.

since sapna has fallen for tat doc may be now keerti n tat doc may come close to each other n solve all their probs n finally we can see sapna fallin for atul ,cos frm the first epi i had the idea of

anjali-->armaan-->ridz and atul--->sapna
